    ★ Pandan Layer 班兰层 ★
    70g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
    30g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    3g Salt 盐
    110ml Pandan Juice 班兰汁
    100ml Thick Coconut Milk 浓椰奶
    ★ Pumpkin Layer 金瓜层 ★
    120g Minced Pumpkin 金瓜泥
    80g Cane Sugar 蔗糖
    100ml Thick Coconut 浓椰奶
    3g Salt 盐
    90g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
    20g Rice Flour 粘米粉
    100ml Water 清水

    舅舅,how do i know wither the pumpkin sector isn cooked or not?
    If the pumpkin segment is not completely cooked, by pouring in the top green layer, will the pumpkin segment be eventually cooked?

    120gm pumpkins paste, 80 gm sugar, 100ml coconut milk, 3gm salt,90 gm tapioca flour, 20gm rice flour , 100 ml water.
    Bottom and top layer, 70 gm tapioca flour,30 gm rice flour, 3 hm salt ,110 ml pandan's juice and 100ml coconut milk. Steam each layer for 5 to 8 minutes, final layer steam for 15 minutes. 😅😂😊
