Chevy congrats on your month loss! Love your shorts and menu you guys put together. I’m down 13.5lbs after my 4th shot, and will be doing the official weigh in on Monday to see if I can see 16_ on the scale again. I’m doing one more box of 2.5 which was hell to get, as we all know the pain each refill is.
Thanks Lexington Cruz!! That is great that you are down 13.5 lbs so far!!!! I just saw my doctor yesterday, and I will be going up to the next dose starting this weekend. Keep up the great work!!!
Well done Chevy! So happy for you and all your success. I’ve never tried journaling before but it sounds like a good idea to identify triggers and negative patterns. That will be something I want to try in the future. Wishing you continued success. Amazing work so far! ❤
I've always more or less journaled (electronically) my fitness tracking, but I'm really intersted to try using a physical journal to since it would be nice to have a place to track all my video ideas and other things related to yt
I do keep my food journal in Weight Watchers too. I think I going to move my written journal from a notebook over to my Kindle Scribe. This way it will be with all my other notes I keep and will be easier for me to access.
Hi Chevy, I've been following since the beginning. I started my Zepbound Journey almost the exact time as you I think we are a day or so off. Curious on how your Journey is going now. Best regards! 😊
Hey Bella!! That is awesome to hear you started around the same time! I am doing great! I have been super busy with work but will be posting an update this weekend, so keep an eye out for it. How is your journey going?
My journey started on Sunday January 14th. I did the starter dose week 1 - 4. Week 5-8 I did 5 ml. Then my doctor moved me up to 7.5ml. My weight was stalling a bit. But i think it was due to me not getting enough protein. When i moved to 7.5ml I did finally get symptoms. Such as heart burn, constipation, and nausea. The nausea only last about a day after injection. I try to not over eat. That prevents the heart burn. And I now take a fiber supplement. I kind of wish i stayed on 5ml longer so I don't dose up to quickly. I asked my doctor about blood work. She said for now I dont need to do any labs. But I am thinking I should. Maybe i will look into a weightloss doctor. Rather than a family practitioner. Today I went to get my new box of meds and the pharmacy said I needed another prior authorization for additonal doses. Which I thought was strange since I have already done this to start taking Zepbound. Insurance is fun 🙃. I have also noticed my co pay keeps getting cheaper. So I do not understand that either.

I forgot to mention the weightloss numbers! Sorry. Starting weight 248. Current weight 221. So, I would say it's going very well. 😊
