It's so cool!!! I LOVE how it turned out, great job Jackie!!! I also love your placement & taking advantage of the sun. Fun, interesting & satisfying pop of color without having to buy furniture or a rugs...smart!
Beaitiful!! I’m a quilter and came across your tutorial by looking for a stained glass quilt pattern. Now I want to do this!! I am definitely a pattern person too! It’s very hard for me to make a scrappy quilt even though I love them. Great job!
I think it turned out great. I think I am going to try doing a similar project for a window in our RV. Years ago I work in a office that was inside a home built in the late 1800's it had a lot of stain glass inserts above the exterior doors and interior these piece had bubbles from the heating process. I thought it added personality to each one. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you. Next time show More of the full window up close, all of it please. I found myself wanting to see it all up close cascading across but you only Showed a small piece. Remember it’s perfect in its imperfection and show us all of your work even the parts you are pleased with. You are much harder on yourself I believe. The window looked really good and the information about the pearl paint was great information thank you.
Great outcome. If it’s too opaque for your liking you can use clear craft glue and food coloring instead of paint. You can find drop ratios to make all kinds of colors out of the standard four bottle box in the baking aisle. Dries translucent.
I am having trouble with bubbles too. I have painted over the bubbles and that covers them sometimes. Now I have a million pin hole bubbles in a new project. arrrgggghhhhh. I saw a guy go over his piece (which was resin) with a blow torch really fast to get rid of his bubbles. but it wasnt glue?????this is the down side for me. But I love this process except for bubbles (not on yours but mine). Your piece looks so cool.
This beautiful. It looks great against the light. I have also used acrylic paint with craft glue and it works fine. Just wanted to tell that you even get glass paints in small packs as well for kids craft, and they have a more transparent and clear results. You might like to consider them for some other project.
I thought about trying a specific paint, but I wanted to try supplies that are more versatile since I won't be doing this frequently. But Thank you for the idea!!
I liked it all but the cobalt is beautiful looks like little stars each eye sees differently great job
Good job. Thank you for sharing.
I love it nice job

I’m making one today, hello from beautiful Oregon.
Hello! I am in Oregon! How was your project?
Great!

Interesting idea! I actually need to redo mine and maybe I will try with resin. 2 years in the sun and it’s started to peel on some areas.
@@FastingFoodie someone told me to stir the glue slowly and let it sit overnight before I paint with it.
I love how that came out! So cool! I didn't even know this was a thing. 😀 Great job!
Thank you! I didn't either until I was googling to see at the antique fair :D LOL
Great tips 👍

Awesome!!!
Thanks!
Another RUclipsr used clear glue with food coloring. She was using a picture frame and staining that glass.
