Don’t give up. I was in beginner band my whole high school career and was never taught to hone my skill and was never given the opportunity to show what i could do. Txsu gave me that chance to display my talent and and help me build it even more. And im only a jr now.

Just started this instrument in band. I played saxophone but sucked and my section was just rude to me. I changed to trombone, the section is mean, but seeing this guy who's good at trumpet who's been playing for 3 years and he just got a full scholarship to another school at my school and I am more inspired I thought since I joined freshmen year I wasn't going to be nearly as good, I'm going to practice each day even more and improve everything I can to become this good.
I really don't know how to feel about the soloist vibrato.. part of me is like ok its cool.. but then it's like... ehhhhhh idk. not the best as a whole tho.
I almost teared up when the main dude started he did amazing
