Abathor - Looks like it harks back to Golden Axe with the side-scrolling hack-and-slash coop. Brilliant. Conscript - Looks very immersive with that distinct graphical style (PS1 style) and fresh concept of World War mixed with Real Horror as a top-down survival. Lost Castle 2 - Another coop support castle-crasher like roguelite beat'em up style game and the first was a success. Looks like another really fun game along with Abathor. Cataclismo - Mixing base-building design (in-depth) as you say "block by block" with the RTS swarming enemies survival seems like a great recipe and pushing deeper into the land with a clear visual graphic style. Does look like another temping game in the vein of They Are Billions.
Arranger makes me remember another very different puzzle RPG that came out last month or the month before. The name is something like "Chimera & something" or "Gorgon & something" but I can't recall the exact name. The gameplay involves two playable characters, a melee fighter and an archer, and you can spend your turns either moving sokoban-style or attacking enemies. I believe there's also a turn limit. Anyone remember the name of that game?
Another game that just released today that looks great to me is Valley Peaks. If you like climbing games (this one being more on the casual side) give it a look!
I have been playing the Lost Castle 2 Demo off and on as they have made it available for the last 6 months or so and love it, been looking forward to the release!
Abathor has some very familiar borrowed assets, like the main character sprite from a game called Rastan, and even a boss that was clearly greatly inspired by the Metal Slug 2/X Egypt stage Tower climb. boss
Wanna break every single spot the difference game like Broken Lense? Cross your eyes and overlap the images. The differences will look like they're flashing between the two images.
ngl I am so looking forward to edf 6 graphic wise its worse than helldivers but the grind and feel of the ridicilously overpowered weapons at your disposal and the amount of enemies makes it better imo
warum ist mir da ne große Infoseite aufgeploppt als ich das Video anklickte? Ich konnte nur Produktplazierung lösen bevor ich zurückklickte. Vielleicht hab ich mich verklickt aber naja
Not a lot of interest for me this time around, did wishlist a couple, but a nice weekly break overall. That said, its a good variance of games so i hope some people found what they are looking for.
Maybe I'm getting burnt out on Indies. The only game in this whole video that got my interest, was the one I already played the demo for (and liked) "the Conscript". Nothing else looked appealing to my tastes. *shrug*
Be warned that the guy from Frontier Hunter has been called out for using AI images on their cover and game promos and they deny it saying the last cover was made by a friend of his that did League of Legends artwork and had 20 years of experience. Smells fishy when the art of their game is so inconsistent and a "my uncle works at nintendo" kind of excuse. There have been many devs on steam lying about using AI generated images on steam, when they have to clarify it on their steam page.
I tired of people complain about AI when it will and already is integral tool for development. If the game suck because the developer is uninspired, it will still suck either way.
@@ecchiRhino99if it’s such an integral tool, why, then, would they go to lengths to deny using it? If you had to use it why cover it up? Or, more than likely, they were just too cheap to do the bare minimum for the cover art and can’t possibly fathom that they did something shitty and thus don’t want to own up to it

I am so used to watching videos with introduction section at the beginning and tuning it out that I completely missed veritus and had to go back lol

Prodigal was great, so definitely looking forward to Veritus. Should scratch that old-school Zelda itch until Mina releases.
What a busy week for the Indie Game World 😮💯👍🏻
(0:09) This one acts just like The Legend of Zelda, the bird’s eye view ones that we all know.
Arranger is definitely my pick of the week

Hi Clement, Just wondering if you could do a video on 2 player puzzle solving games or farming 2 player games that look simpler to farlands thanks. :)
Thank you for letting me know about the Punch Club 2 DLC
Conscript looks amazing!

Yeeaaarrtt! They made a Ninja Slayer game?!
Uh no, people shouldn't go into Helldiver's expecting EDF! EDF is the originator of bat$hit crazy giant bug and robot action! EDF EDF EDF!
ngl I am so looking forward to edf 6

omg, clemmy, too many. Too many. Tell the indie developers to stop making so many games. I can't hold them all. >
I really think Steam should pay you and put your videos on steam front page :D
Great list.
I will do a song for this chanel. Very soon. 👍🏻
TO SAVE OUR MOTHER EARTH FROM ANY ALIEN ATTACK 🎶
