- Wiring through a coronary lesion is done using the following 10 steps:
1. Microcatheter needed?
2. Guidewire selection
3. Shaping wire tip
4. Inserting into guide
5. Advancing to guide tip
6. Wire to lesion
7. Wire crosses lesion
8. Wire advanced distally
9. Remove microcatheter

We need more tips regarding wire tip shaping in different lesions is different arteries especially in bifurcations
Safety of tip shaping regards risk of wire embolization in different wires
