Thank you for your kind words. Rota Pro is the Rotablator system used in the US and most of the world, where all the buttons are on the advancer system, next to the burr knob, with no foot pedal. This is the advancer system I am describing in the video; this may very be what you have in your country. In the old system, you would need to press on a foot pedal to activate the burr and another pedal to enable Dynaglide.
Wire brake prevents this wire from moving forward (axial movement) or spinning (rotational movement) as you are advancing the burr. IF you apply the brake defeat during rotablation, the latter wire movements may happen.
