    Ingredients
    Pickling
    4 eggplants. 3 cucumbers. 500ml hot water. 1T sea salt.

    1/2T ginger extract. 2T plum extract.
    *Cut the eggplant and cucumber lengthwise and marinate in hot salt water for 10 minutes.
    Even if the eggplant is slightly discolored, it is still good to make kimchi.
    The eggplant and cucumber have a crunchy and chewy texture.
    Adjust the seasoning with fish sauce.
