@@lordkiller2298 no death is faster, why do you think that Wally took him to a place where death is no longer a concept? If the race lasted a couple more seconds Wally would have died. That when running out of that place Wally had a tear in his eye because he knows he barely made it out alive when he had his race with death so he was happy to Alive.

Personally for me wally west is my flash growing up and has been proven to be the fastest flash of all time and better then his mentor at least in my opinion.
He is the fastest flash in the present day but not in the future.

Black Flash must be very stupid. He only runs faster if the person he is chasing runs faster, doesn't catch them because he doesn't want to. "No matter how fast he ran, the Black Flash consistently made up the difference". Why even wait for a difference to make up? Just run at your top speed and catch them, no? Unless BF just wants to show off (which is unlikely) and in the end Wally got the best of him because the creature just refused to use common sense. I wonder if Wally decided to just walk away BF would continue to slowly walk behind him, hoping the Flash trips or something. "The concept of death itself", more like an insanely annoying stalker.

@Kavari Shettlesworth Good point, but he said which flash had gone the fastest and didn't say anything about not including other powers. Some arguements that Wally was still faster are. Wally fused with speedforce in another dimension, actually stripping himself of his personality. He was constantly running at max speed, and he created a crimeless city, stopping any crime as before it started. Also, Wally killed the whole justice league, including Superman, when he lost control of the speed force, meaning he might be as fast as the other 2 flashes without even taking in the full speedforce. Wallys speed force was blue in the comics, and anyone else who used blue speed force dies really quickly (approx 5 years) simply because it's too much to handle.
He also outran the speed force itself right before he got his Dr Manhattan powers.
