@@Bo88y22 none of the things u mentioned is an authentic doner or shawarma, its all modifications to the point where it becomes its own thing, here in US we have the same problem, middle eastern, Indian, Pakistanis all have their own spin, but tbh nothing compares to the authentic doner or turkish shawarma, if u have a chance i highly suggest visiting Turkey for a week, its worth it.

In Saint-Petersburg's shawarma contains more meat, more vegetables and less pita. Weight of 1 shawarma is about 400-500g!
