I miss this turkish shawarma ..i taste this in saudi arabia when i work there during gulf war
سؤال.. هذا كباب شاورما ام خضروات❓وسبب السؤال ان كمية الطماطم والفلفل كثيرة جدا.
هذا مزيج بين الشاورما والكباب بالخضروات، الشاورما كون انه اضاف فيها لحم الغنم والكباب كونه اضاف فيها اللحم المفروم والخضرة مثل ما شفت
هذه الطريقة حسب قول ابو المحل انه الوحيد الي يعملها بكل تركيا اذا مو بالعالم
