Lexus GX460 Modular Cargo Ideas for

The Lexus GX 460 doesn’t have a ton of cargo space. I wanted to create a modular set up that will work with the family. With this set up, I retained my 3rd row and able to configure the cargo area to fit my trailing needs. This is my usually trail for the day set up, with recovery gear placed on the roof and side molle panels. All parts tested and used, will be listed below. Next video will show the 3day+ camping set up.

Darn. Ajc website states the plate is for electric folding rear seats. I have the manual seats. 🙃

Do you have to use stronger hinges in the door if you mount a tire on it? They just don’t seem strong enough for that to me.

No. It’s the factory hinges. Same ones used over seas for the factory tire carrier. So far they been good.

So the AJC plate lets you still use the 3rd row?
