What size air fryer would you say is enough if you want to meal prep tofu, potatoes, veggies etc? I always feel like they look kinda small compared to an oven baking pan/baking sheet.

I'm about to buy a spiral notebook and call it "Chelsea Mae notes" This is exactly the way I like to eat. My challenge is at home with my family who likes cookies & cake & chocolate, and much more junk..etc. I have finally found a way to stay sustained and lose weight so I can walk right past the junk. I discovered broccoli mum on Instagram and was inspired to try out some of her recipes. What a game changer!! It’s now been a month of eating plant based Whole Foods and my energy is amazing, mental clarity, moods etc all so much better. I started exercising again, because I feel so good. I found you through Broc Mum and I am so grateful to you both!! Thank you!!!!
You are such an inspiration! I eat 5 small meals q. day and choose protein and fiber combos. Watching your videos helps keep me choosing the right foods. I always remember you saying 'it's calorie deficit' that helps lose weight! It sure is! So thank you for teaching us how to eat better to be better!
Love your recipes! I would definitely wash veggies & fruits well tho unless you grow them yourself. I used to not wash things believing I was just ingesting natural soil. But even Organic brands use pesticides like industrialized copper sprays, tobacco, and many other questionable things that not good at all for the digestive system and ingesting in the body on a daily basis.

Love that you are friends with Ami ( I can see how that friendship would definitely work, both very down to earth and kid inclusive Mums!) I’ve been vegan for about 14 years after being diagnosed with MS but have never taken to the fake meats but have found joy with canned jackfruit! Prepared right it retains its moisture and whatever flavour you put with it! I always ring it out thoroughly before pulling apart, much like tofu it then absorbs the flavours perfectly! Happy Summertime!!

The slug story! So relatable 😂. I once got ready to cut up my broccoli and discovered that it was loaded with tiny green caterpillars. I did my best to remove them but as my dad used to say, “it’s just a little extra protein!”
I am almost four weeks in, the first two weeks easy street loving it but seemed to have a rough time the third week suddenly getting bad food cravings for processed foods real bad, potatoes have been suddenly dry and hard to eat like my body is revolting and realizing im giving up those old food addictions - pushing thru it but it is very hard this week!!
I honestly stopped eating bok choy because i had slug eggs on some once and I was so scared to eat slugs because it can kill you and not right away either. It's legit a fear of mine xD
What about omega 3's. I notice you don't use flax meal or chia seeds, hemp etc. I love your videos ^^ cutting up the broccoli so it's ready to go, tofu as well.
I’m starting to implement more resistance training in my workout routine (I’m a runner). What is your take on the recommended 1gram of protein per pound of body weight? I am a six foot tall female and weigh 170lbs… that means I would have to be eating 170 grams of protein a day and that seems ridiculous
I notice you don’t avoid salt. I’m guessing salting your foods doesn’t lead to weight regain for you. Did you avoid or limit salt when you first lost a lot of weight?
Not groddy ❤honestly we are too clean which is why most people get and stay sick they never get little bits and bobs of germs. How else would the human race not only survive but thrive. Every person that is too clean is always sick i have found…
You always talk while you're eating, its pretty disgusting and it makes you come across as someone without basic manners, it also makes your channel seem less professional
