Dear Julia, it really became difficult to comment on Dimash. Everything has been said many times and can only be repeated. Dimash is simply every time completely ... perfect! Dimash's multiple musical talents (Dimash compose, write lyrics and perfectly play 7 instruments) and Dimiash's wonderful personality are so unique that he is truly a new and musical and human value. I think Dimash is a new evolutionary staircase and he alone with his incredible talents and his exceptional personality can "unify" all the existing music genres by merging them into a new ... higher value. We all need to be grateful that there are people like Dimash and that is why ... enjoy and return with your love to what Dimash gives us with his talent and beautiful personality. I apologize for the insufficient knowledge of English. To you, dear Julia, warm greeting from Croatia!
What do you mean by everthings is been said? Did you know he was first on stage when he was two, that he can sing in 12 languages, He is on a 2 year worldtour called: The D-Dynasty, He sometimes is so tired he don't know in witch country he is, Not only his mother, father and sister are singers but that there are many more in his family and that a lot of his amazing songs are not on this channel. 😉

The tone/colour change in the later part of the 1st verse when he goes from high pitched breathy & sweet to high pitched female operatic...Wow. It's so crazy how he not only has insane range but insane amounts of tones & colours that he switches to and from & in-between.

Dear Julia, I like the most your the first 2 reactions. Almost all voice coaches say approximately same things about Dimash, with a reason. There are three levels of an artist's masterhood: appearance, technics, mission. Teachers are always focused on technics, but Dimash doesn't make mistakes and uses some technics which are unknown to many coaches. Let's take this as a fact: very few vocalists have an ability to follow Dimash's technics. So the most interesting, at least for me, is what Dimash doing at the third level of masterhood, - within his mission. He looks for the greatest touching themes in different cultures, the most difficult songs in technicals terms (like in "S.O.S."), he's doing his own interpretations of simple melodies (like in "Hello"), he transforms the human sense / message of the songs (like in "Sinful Passion"), he sings in a dozen languages and what is mostly important - he uses all his technics to reach the listeners' hearts directly, regardless of the national limits/borders/constraints. Words can lie and misslead, emotions - are more pure human language. I'd say Dimash helps people all around the globe to recognise themselves in mirrors, to see that they are all the same, they are still a family despite the political and economic tensions and cultural/religious differences. That's so important these days (months & years)! Look at Dimash worldwide fan clubs movements. It's like a new Church of unifying humankind )) Seriously. What a Great Mission for a young artist from Kazakhstan !!!

Я так же думаю, что миссия Димаша глобальная, объединить людей всех наций, стереть границы между странами, ведь миллионы людей разных стран по зову сердца и души стали его поклонниками. Мы все люди и мы сами создаем условности, которые потом соблюдаем, но мы все люди, а душу и сердце не обмануть, они выбирают и тянуться за Димашем!
Алексей Казаков, респект! Просто нет слов.... все точно. Димаш своей подачей песни стирает границы, уменьшает расстояния между людьми во всех смыслах, объединяет. Сколько ж прекрасных людей я встретила в сети интернета, благодаря молодому исполнителю.

Hey Julia I know not much you can say bad about Dimash :). What is Amazing to me is how someone can give Thumbs Down to his performances.. I guess the Fact that 2-5% of people are Tone Deaf with a little jealousy added in :) ... Dimash Knows every Technique known and performs them with such Emotion, Power and to Perfection. I'm surprised you didn't mention his posture in this video... Dimash always seems to have "theatrical poses" when he sings, but there were parts of this song (as at 2:40 ) that it seemed as if he was using his posture to support his power. Not that he "Needs" it, but it seems like he had some method to his madness here. (Hyde pun intended) ;-)
