I painted the rims I got for my 2007 Toyota Yaris

So, I finally decided on a color to paint my rims. I get them painted, learn a couple things about spray painting on rims and car parts, then found one of my rims has a problem. Yikes!
Sometimes they're cheap for a reason. Sigh.....
