Robert I just want to say thank you I’m in tears of joy right now… I’ve had a really rough day… I’ve been stuck in my wheelchair again for over a week now and I’ve been really struggling with pain and trying to walk and this totally made my night/day!!! Your positivity and what everyone says verifying how motivating you really are is so uplifting and it really does make my day/night I’m so appreciative of you and these videos sometimes they really just help me feel more hopeful and positive!!! Rob, just a word of advice. I have been having medical problems for over a year. A recent test showed elevated mecury levels. One of the source of mecury is old, large fish from the ocean. Like tuna, swordfish, shark grouper, etc. The higher up the food chain, the more the mercuy levels. You may want to get you and your families levels checked and stay with smaller fish. Not the fishes fault, but man's polution.
Yeah, I think bc the apex predators are eating more livers. Resulting in them having more mercury.

@@ruththomas7164 I wouldn't jump to trusting influencers, there isn't much if any evidence seaweed does. You really just don't want to eat mercury-containing food often lol, no need for strange remedies! It's sad but true :/
My family has been eating swordfish, Tuna, Grouper their whole lives. 6th generation commercial fisherman. Kelly Young is correct, if you eat freshly cooked or freshly freeze-dried seaweed in a powder it will detox the heavy metals. This is nothing new as it's done in Marrettimo which is a small island off the coast of Sicily where my family is from. People on the island are the healthiest people, even with the real high levels of Mercury they ingest because of living in a bay. Every year people are becoming afraid of everything they forget how to actually live life. Stop drinking pumpkin spice lattes and tuna-flavored soy burgers and have a beer!

Im sure all your supporters were worried for a while as you sounded pretty crook in that earlier video when you were getting over the worst of it. Would be great to hear a little on how you are feeling now - you are one of the healthiest guys out there living a great lifestyle so many of us would interested to hear your experience with catching it and how you went with your recovery.
