I have the Globe-Trotter Spectre Collection wallet. Still in great shape even after three hard years of use and still smells like its fresh out of the box!
Great vlog David! I have the 18” Globe Trotter Centenary in black and it’s a fantastic piece of kit. The smaller cases hold a surprising amount of stuff - easily did 4 days in Vegas including stuffing some shoes in it (thanks for your packing tips!) I hope you went ahead and bought the case!
hi David, love the case I had bought a similar one from streamline almost 6 years ago, and the attention it draws when your bringing that in to a hotel lobby and the compliments it gets. it also brings you back in time to an elegance in travel. I would say the wheels set up was not my favorite because it tended to become on balance when rolling it so most times i just carried it by the handle
David as a bond and knife guy... what’s the pocket knife? I’ve never been able to identify it from the film so I can add it my collection. Thanking you in advance.
As you mentioned it's based of the Spectre model, I suppose it's not available anymore... Looking at the current collection, it seems all luggage is made out of a fibreboard body with leather corner protectors. Can you give a an approximately price point on this full leather covered luggage please?
It's impressive to look at. I am certainly considering one but it seems a bit inconvenient with only two wheels. I like the four wheels. And also, it seems difficult to stack a weekender on top of the Globe trotter case (because it would crush the nice handle and its thin and also when we pull it in a incline the weekender might slip off)
He draws one concealed in Quantum of Solace. Interesting as the literary Bond always carried one, sometimes two knives. The one in Spectre is a Gerber Automatic Drop Point I think. The QoS one might be Gerber as well.
@@wila4134 it was at the hotel when M told him to hand over his weapons and she showed him Fields' body. When Bond was arrested he hands a knife in a sheath to one of the MI6 agents.

Yes, the case was mine from the get go...I intend to give it some proper mileage!

“I know something about leather work” . . . goes on to misidentify the case itself as leather. 😂😂. Still a great video though.
Funny but I found the packing weirdly mesmerising:-)
Fantastic! Thank you! Definitely getting one!
Very cool piece of luggage
This is a great vídeo, greetings from Medellín-Colombia
oh wow. thats the exact one i have!
It looked amazing!
I thought the Globetrotters are made with vulcanized fiberboard, not leather?
They are

Globe Trotter makes four wheel spinner luggage as well.
Yup, I will get one soon. I think they started that this year.
HI DAVID, HOW WOULD YOU FEEL ABOUT 'TOM FORD' DIRECTING BOND 25?
Hey, did you have any issues with bag tipping over in use?
Very stylish glasses, may I know the brand?
Can you please give us replica cheaper versions and where to buy it - for us who doesn't cant afford this yet.
Cool video David👍
David, where’s your Sony cellphone? Bond doesn’t use Apple lol kidding of course, good video!
Beautiful luggage indeed.......luggage for the hold would be a crime......at these prices......once Heathrow baggage control dump it around......
which Uniqlo pants are those?
They are their skinny stretch jeans which look much more like chinos....
I want that polo shirt!
The striped polo at the beginning or the blue polo at the end?
It's the Horton from Orlebar Brown
What do you work with? Are you upper class in earnings?
Very nice luggage, but would it survive the tsa thug treament?
Let's hope I never have to find out!
hold up. if you were traveling like James Bond, you would be in the AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION LOUNGE.
Darn it, I missed the knife brand. Question., How many movies has Bond actually EDC a knife? Spectre briefly shows him using one.

@@gnb_2476 Hmm, going to watch QoS again. Did not catch that knife draw, thought he improvised during that knife fight in Haiti.
