Once you have to carry around with you one more REQUIRED part in order to connect your phone to the device - you can no longer say that the device is small and portable, while ignoring the extra part. They should just make the end of the device itself connect to the phone via MagSafe with no extra parts.

With the regular (standard equipment) clamp that comes in the box, I see that if I center it perfectly on my iPhone, it presses the volume down button. If I slide the clamp to not press the button, the phone is not balanced (at least not as well). What's my best option? Can I let the clamp press the volume down button while shooting? Is there any downside to that? Or... adjust the clamp so it's not on the button... but will that overwork the gimbal motor, or cause other issues? Any guidance and help appreciated.
Looks great love the native camera support but noticed the phone was not level with the mag safe attachment which is a concern. i would have expected the level to be spot on with the mag safe attachment.

What good is tracking? It keeps losing your face. Did they pay you for this video? Tracking is useless if it loses your face, or do you think that is still good?
Before ordering one, just an important FYI - *these types of gimbals have a really limited roll axis range.* This issue plagues the majority of phone gimbals, unless it's a Hohem Gimbal.

Simply adjust the MagSafe as per the instructions and it levels out
My one issue, which I found out recently, is that the app requires full access to your photo library.

Hmm the tracking with external apps doesn’t seem to have any easing. Do you know if you were in auto mode on the gimbal or did you try to optimize?
