You're worth more than you may believe and if it ended its just not meant to be. Think of what you learned about what you like, need, and want in a partner and take it as a good thing. The more you become a better version of you, the more the right person will come along and take you as you are without stipulations. its not about doing something to get the right person, its about becoming more. If you haven't gotten through it yet you will and you'll be a stronger person for it.

Everything she did hurt me so bad I don't know if I can ever get better than what I've become. This hole in me hurts like no other, the emptiness is unbearable. This pain's brought me to my knees over and over again. I left her because of it; I couldn't look at the person who'd done all those things. I love her so much, though, she's my sister and I'd die for her in a heart beat. I don't know how to live without her. I just don't want to go through it all again, but I'm not the same without her in my life. I can't get my nephews back; that's already been confirmed; but I can have her. I don't know what to do.
What you want to do, look at your situation from a ration and irrational point of view and then try combine both into a realistic option... Not the simplest thing to do, but it usually gives you the option that's "Best"
