And then kind of describes how this is somewhat of a new feeling for him, and doesn't really know how to express. And then in the third verse (probably the best verse ever written) pleads that they just enjoy love for the one night before the world comes crashing down tomorrow. Tim McIlrath is truly a poet.

I love the high screaming note in the chorus of this song, where he sings the words "darkness" and "sorrow." The power and emotion of the chorus are unmatched....great song.
I must say, RPM and Sufferer and the Witness were albums where you could listen to every song without skipping... it's very rare that a band can make an album where EVERY single song is really good... and RA pulled it off at least twice... and even Siren Song of the Counter Culture was like that... it's really quite amazing.
That song is about taking a timeout in bad times and enjoying life. It's about that time where you forget all of your trouble and just enjoy the hell out of your day!!! ❤✊

Ra is a band, RA is the initials for Rise Against, and since we are in a Rise Against video comment area, I highly doubt there's many people that will confuse them. In fact, you may be the only person who even thought of Ra when you saw RA.
I think we can all learn a very valuable lesson from rise against. Maybe instead of trying to play to the masses and what they want we should all do what we feel is right. If people like it, they can join in and help by doing what they think is right. If they don't like it, maybe someday they'll get it but till than we'll just keep doin what we gotta do. Their life is their choice but we have the ability to change the world by just doing something so simple as smiling a little more.

Yeah, I get what you mean. Their music really gets people to look at things from a different perspective. There are a lot of Christians that think that way, but there are also a lot that encourage people to think for themselves too. Like those Christians that are also scientists.

its so weird seeing all these people saying they have been fans for 2+ years but nobody around me seemed to have heard have them until they put "savior" on the radio and i kept saying "really, you haven't even heard give it all" but YES they are the best band EVER I have all but one of thier albums and every song is gold :)
