  • With Healthy Heads In Trucks & Sheds
    After receiving feedback from industry stakeholders that understanding and responding to new psychosocial hazard management legislation felt overwhelming, Healthy Heads has worked with the industry to develop the Roadmap Planner, which explains psychological safety and demonstrates psychosocial hazards through real-to-life stories. 
    With the April 2023 adoption of the Model Code of Practice: Managing psychosocial hazards at work, under Work, Health and Safety laws, businesses must eliminate or minimise psychosocial risks as far as is reasonably practicable. 
    Join Healthy Heads, for a demonstration of this new resource which aims to makes things as easy as possible for businesses to respond to the new Model Code by providing ready-made policies, tip sheets, resource lists, training recommendations and information links, along with three example plans ready for your to apply in your operation.

    Melissa Weller joined Healthy Heads in Trucks and Sheds as Director Industry Relations and Program Management in 2021. Since joining Healthy Heads, Melissa has led the development and delivery of initiatives including the Healthy Heads Nutrition Program, Healthy Heads Road Show outreach events and tools and resources to support businesses to create psychologically safe and thriving workplaces. 
    In previous roles, Melissa has worked in the road safety sector managing road safety projects and campaigns.
