@@mrdodgewilson8376 I follow a classic "athlete" dietary regime. I try to maintain a sufficient protein intake and try to avoid high processed food. I take few supplements, but for gymnasts (and strenght sport athletes) there is a strong evidence of efficacy only for creatine and beta-alanine as written in my book.
