There are a lot of video effects that achieve that though most of them don't work well. The ones I can think of off the top of my heed are the red alert effect series and the shining edge effect. Edge glow also works probably but I haven't tried it (Side note- the scifi scan has a similar effect)@@poppedbywho

Try use WW2 airplane in modern combat
one thing the f15 actually lost in a dogfight with an f22 but it wasnt a real one so it counts i guess
