  • Join TASU, Dixie National Forest, Washington County and Trailhaus trail builders as they present Phase 1 of the long-awaited Cliffrose mountain bike trails. Located in the Spring Hollow area above St. George, Utah, this exciting new recreational resource offers local and visiting riders an alternative to the classic mesa and hiking trails the region is known for.
The trailhead is a 30-minute drive from downtown, offering easy access for post-work rides. The trails combine masterful trail craft with outstanding natural beauty, mountain and canyon views and cooler temps during the hot summer months.
Phase 1 trails opened on June 1, 2024. Phase 2 trails will be constructed beginning in the fall, with a target completion of Spring 2025.

Mountain biking and other outdoor recreation contribute to a healthy lifestyle that promotes strong community bonds and positively impacts our economy. Local and tourism-driven demand for existing and new recreation opportunities strains natural resources as well as federal, state and county human resources. Through partnerships, advocacy, education, government relations, fundraising, design and construction, TASU builds community commitment to the creation and preservation of trails that deliver sustainable, high-quality experiences for trail enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.

I ran across your video by accident. I am just now purchasing a GIANT XTC Advanced SL 29-1 from Rapid Cycles, St. George. There were only two places in the USA that that model. At age 76, I now ride HTMBs, but with my old Cannondale F600 I can't keep up in group rides. It weighs 28 lbs and is geared for mountains. So I need a lighter bike, and we (Rapid Cycles) is going to change the gear ratios around for flat terrain and also change out the tires for asphalt. Lets see how it goes.

you need to add a decent map to access the trails. Drove up on Sat. there are no signs and very hard to tell where the trail head is. love to ride but where is it?
