      Yeah. As a young man of 63, I’ll never complain about the power of my last four WR 450’s in the last seven years. Just bought a new Beta 300RR. Can’t wait for the snow to melt up here in Canada so I can take it for a rip.

    Sweet bike, I'm excited to try a TBI. I love my 22 Gas Gas EC300 which I also purchased from RM in St. George. Ive actually been really impressed with my braketech breaks, they are lacking a little bite from the brembos especially the front brakes but I think I actually prefer the braketech rears. And I think the braketech clutch is better than the Brembo in my opinion at least for my riding style and the technical single track I usually ride. I was riding the same area three weeks ago over thanksgiving break. Sucks they skimped out and put a cheap chain on my stock chain on my 22 is still in great shape, with how excited you are about the motor it really makes me want to ride one, I have got used to not mixing gas in my TPI bike though and I like that

    The all new 300 TBI engine really stands out - I feel the same way about my '23 300XC - hard not to talk so much about this engine...it really is that good! Did you TX300 come with a DID VT2 o-ring chain or regular chain? Seems like some '23 TX300's are coming with non o-ring chains.

    • @XploreEnduro
      @XploreEnduro  Год назад +1

      It came with a crappy Moto chain. Between the surprise braktecs and the chain it’s been a bit upsetting. My neighbors XC300 also came with the junk chain.

    • @mxengineer1
      @mxengineer1 Год назад +2

      @@XploreEnduro Perhaps KTM is having supply issues with DID VT2 o-ring chains. My '23 KTM 300XC came with DID VT2 x-ring chain and don't get mad....Brembo's too! How do the Braktec brakes feel compared to Brembo? Just as powerful but more modulation? I have heard from a friend that (2) dealers around him claim they have 2023 Husky TX300's arriving in December that will have Brembo brakes. Interesting the crates identify the Husky TX300BT...I've never seen a brake spec tagged to the model number - makes me think there could be Brembo TX300's in 2023.

    • @XploreEnduro
      @XploreEnduro  Год назад +2

      @@mxengineer1 haha lucky! The braktec rear and clutch are fine. The front is tough. It doesn’t start braking until the lever hits your fingers on the grip and there’s no solid way to adjust that. It works ok but it’s definitely a few steps below brembo quality! I didn’t want to comment much in the video as I want to bleed it and work on it a bit more before calling it an absolute turd of a brake.

    • @XploreEnduro
      @XploreEnduro  Год назад +2

      Engine braking? That’s for 4 strokes! 😂 It runs cleaner and falls off much smoother when you let off the gas unlike a TPI. It’s a Skydio, coolest thing I own.

    • @Dtay630
      @Dtay630 Год назад +2

      @@XploreEnduro hahah well of chores i guess engine brakeing is the wrong term. i would assume because of the way these motors are set up there would be more resistance when letting off the throttle. yeah that drone seems so sick. i want one.

    • @Trex-ds5nw
      @Trex-ds5nw Год назад +1

      I agree, clutch and rear brake are fine, front brake sucks. Lever is half way to the bar before it grabs. Along with bleeding, try spreading the pads several times. It helps but still not the same as a Brembo. So far my first Husqvarna experience is disappointing.
