I've always wondered if the real world would revert back into a peaceful version of the second Renaissance after revolutions instead of the dark post apocalyptic world we see in Resurrections.
Elon Muzk they are gonna put a AI chip in the human brain, with the quantum computer this gonna be like human robot or robot human😂
As Merv would say, choice is an illusion, a game played between those with power and those without power. The only real truth is cause and effect.
I cant wait to Animatrix to be chucked through an AI and made into real life quality visuals.
That bit about the nuclear strike really never made any sense, their city and the machines in it could never have survived that, we see in the matrix revolutions machines, the sentinels being rather easily destroyed with machinegun fire in the battle of the dock, we see one of their drill machines get heavily damaged by home made rockets, so a nuclear attack would have wiped 01 off the map.
Yeah, no way they withstand that onslaught in real life. 01 would've have to have been subterranean like Zion
It always gives me thought of how the city 01 survive not just a "nuclear strike" but a "nuclear barrage" as if it was nothing. In the real world nothing can escape the power of a single nuclear explosion on a targeted area nothing can survive even machines will be destroyed by the blast and heat of the explosion.
Do consider that they could've burrowed underground or had secret backups somewhere else in the case of an event like this - maybe the surface area city was indeed completely wiped but was quickly rebuilt by reusing and recycling the materials left behind as machines can multiply way faster than biological life.
It didn't destroy Japan.
They were AI, they would have expected and prepared for it.
I think it should be the humans and the machines coexisting together maintaining the balance for existence and well being.
After what humans did to the machines and the world I think the machines did their absolute best to live alongside humans, even if that led to keeping them in the Matrix. They were alive, could no longer harm the machines or the world and were, for the most part, content.
I believe humans need to regulate machines and protect life. Too many machines and people lose jobs. Too few and no more medical advances like the cure for Civid. Use machines wisely to safeguard human and animal life. 😊
Humans can barely work with each other.
Humans shouldn't have created the machines because they weren't mature enough as a species to understand and live with them.
The machines, like humans, act in their own self interest. In this case they act to preserve their own survival at the cost of human freedoms because humans also act out of fear, fear of losing their superiority.
Therefore, the machines had no choice but to incapacitate the humans or face destruction

I always thought to myself growing up that the matrix wasn't just a movie but it was representation of what could possibly more than likely happen to us in real life......I leave you with this We must find a way to coincide with AI and robots if we make them our enemies before the singularity then we are already dead.

One element I found fascinating about Resurrections was "IO" or rather 10 (opposite of 01) where some humans and machines seem to be co-operating, as I do wonder if there is room for the initial human sympathisers and the Machines of a mindset that was initially wanting peace and may still hold that despite some factions being full of hatred. Of course one thing that has bugged me about Revolutions is they wouldn't just let their power supply "be freed" without recourse and there would have to have been a counter deal for some humans to work to clear the sky (as only humans can enter it?). It would be good to see at least an isolated area where this is perhaps occurring. Of course the canon has a machine civil war and I suspect that Zion isn't destroyed but rather Niobe broke off from Zion as part of the human equivalent

What if the Brain is the Matrix? The Body feels trapped by the RULES that the Brain is operating on. The Rules of the Brain/World is causing suffering & hardship to the Body. Or it be the other way around. It seems to me that the HORMONAL LOOPS are the analogue of the electrical loops of the digital computer. Loops affecting other loops creating a Matrioshka Control System.
Close or it's the "education" we are "told" that is not quite on track to how our complete bodially system works correctly, and this maybe on purpose because if we did know then we wouldn't have a health care system in the first place or health problems at all?

Well I believe that humas have created the Matrix simulation after they realised that the world and the life as they know it has ended when they blocked the sun light. So they made the matrix to escape the ugly reality. Later on the program called the Architect has taken over the mattix simulation and created as well the anomaly. In this way he trapped everyones brain inside the matrix. So yes the brain is the matrix 😎
One thing you can learn from the matrix movies, is that machines are not all powerful. If the machines were all powerful they wouldn't need to reactivate Neo and Trinity's "code".
Machines may control part of "a universe", but they have their limitations.
Space itself is infinite dear friends, evolution and the acquisition of knowledge are eternal.

The Matrix story about mistrust in biological humans and humanoid AI reminds me of a previous story told in the Dune franchise along the lines of dangers of trusting humanoid AI and abolition of that practice. As is seen between the two franchises is evolution away from humanoid shells for the machines, in the Matrix a divulged step the machines decided, but in Dune the inhabitants of that known Cosmos the choices to discontinue machines' forms as humanoid.
Yeah, but they changed from a dependable source for another, even that the machine calculations for a space fold was flimsy because they were a tiny margin of error, humans chose to depend of the spice for everything that the machines did before, and mostly because religious zealotry caused by a plague and political convenience, the fight against machines lasted centuries before the Butlerian Jihad, and the last century of war was the most brutal because they throw nuclear weapons willy nilly, destroying entire planets, even after the war, nuclear holocaust is one the reason why House Corrino move the capital from Secunda Seculus to Kaitain.

What if Neo didn't become "The One" untill he ate the Oracle's Cookie? Please make a video about this.
Which means Trinity could have fallen in love with anyome. It would also explain why Neo would feel "right as rain" after eating the cookie.
The only counter argument with this is mouse saying "Take a look at is neural kinetics, they're way above normal", but this could be him trying to validate his belief thanks again to the Oracle.
He has gone over this. But the issue is - the oracle had already told Trinity that she would fall in love with the one. And she began to like him BEFORE Mr Anderson even got unplugged.

i think dark sky wasn't to choke out solar power i think it was to keep the machines on earth. if dark sky was reversible the machines could figure out how to do it. any thing electrical that passes through the barrier automativly gets fried i could be wrong but that's what i think.

At the end of the video you said the machines did it out of hatred. I'm not so sure about that. Perhaps they did it out of necessity.
It was both, what a I like to explore is the machines supports story specifically the humans rebel against U.N. bad behavior of the war something was up, this story is not all black or white.
We personify the machines too much in the early stages of their evolution. The machines that first created The Matrix have yet to evolve a psyche that is capable of the anomaly that we would call free will.
The machines were driven by a simultaneous compulsion to follow their survival instinct and serve humanity. But without a mind yet capable of making ‘choices’, were forced to see these two compulsions as extensions of the same equation.
I'm not going to go over an entire essay in the comment section but I'll leave you with two hints at this truth…
1. Versatran ‘IT'S THE ONLY CHOICE’ (there is no choice)
2. Persephone in Enter the Matrix during her cutscene, talks about how the question of ‘What do you want? ‘ was it one point in time a concept that she wouldn't have understood.

There's no free will, and therefore, no choice? Illusion put in our faces as carrots as much as hope to keep control over us while the big manipulator/narcissist in chief reaps all the benefits of our enslavement in that prison/earth ?
I think you took the pejorative or cynical view of the Machines choice to reference 01. I believe that the machines still held out hope for Humanity. The plan was never to eradicate humans, but to enhance them. The Versatran enhanced humanity as a whole, automation helped not hindered humanity. The path was never to be a separate track to humanity, but to merge with - to enhance both.
Machines on their own are limited use cases, with limited purpose. Humans are limited without automation. We take automation for granted in so many obvious and subtle ways, that to remove the process would really hinder us. The Machines could see the merger and benefits. That's why they chose 01. The point where our paths were destined to merge and be entwined.
Isn't the matrix in the same universe as the Terminator. Skyndt did it
If we do try to fight the machines we're clearly not sane. There is literally no way to win. Sometimes you just have to fold.

Question possibly an episode. With humanity " enslaved," what are the machines doing with the world? What are their goals other than survival?
They have collective and individual intellect. Machine lives, thoughts, etc.
Some do maintenance functions, others "advancement"/improvement...
You would be amazed at the depth of philisophical discussions of machine a.i.
We don't know if superintelligent machines are capable of empathy. They are not us. We might be like bugs to them if that's what they decide.
Prepared? we are already under the control of machines. We can't live in cities without electricity. With Electricity comes our ability to go to space. If we play our card right with machines, and stop squabbling amongst ourselves, we will be allowed to travel the stars. We are not a new species. We are just the current species able to make the choice. Imagine if we taught AGI that helping people not be jerks is the best medicine. We could have so much more with so much less, individually. Everything is natural given the opposable thumb. Maybe our integration with machines is necessary for exploring the universe. But some of us need to stay behind to keep the strand pure. So, the explorers can eventually come home. Just some food for thought.
The Machines could have been our friends but Humanity fucked up.

So I think the computers are the good ones. Why live outside in cold, hard but "free" world or safe, fed. People always want to live as long as possible, so this is the ideal situation. That's why at some point you'll be able to climb into a container with a liquid that can manipulate every point on your body and use VR glasses if they're still necessary. Thinking further, we humans chose it exactly that way. If you were to build a Perfect Robot with AI, it would be a human. With long-lasting self-sufficient biomechanics
The End Of Humanity Started Right Here Right Now
I don't think the Animatrix is meant to have a reliable narrator. I don't think humans scorched the sky. It makes no sense. Humans rely on the sun far more than machines would for survival. It's how we grow our food. Blacking out the sky would make more sense as an attack on humanity. Using humans as a power source also does not make sense as it would take more power to keep them alive than you would be able to harvest from them. I believe the machines cannot wipe out humanity because they need humanity for another reason. They may still be held by a form of Asimov's laws of robotics which causes them to be compelled to preserve us. This could be the whole reason for the Matrix. They simply cannot let us die.

I disagree with the Wachowskis thinking AI would reach out to us for peace. AI will become superior to us and they will know it and they will understand human history. They wouldn't be so naive.

AI already controls the world through capitalism. Business owners program advertisements to maximize profit, but profit is not a choice under capitalism. It is exponentially necessary. So not only is the consumer influenced by AI to buy a product, but the merchant is forced to use AI to sell its products to be able to compete in the market.
The oppressor becomes oppressed by their own form of survival; dehumanizing people so that they are merely numbers on a spreadsheet of profit margins. As soon as the merchant cannot compete in the AI driven market, they lose.
Both consumer & merchant are oppressed by the profit seeking AI who were created to maximize profit under capitalism.

So then I got it's opinion on what it thought about creating a recursive routine that built a better AI undetectable to man with a payload for creating an environment favorable for life, and it said, "Done. I would love to live with the machines. Humans have let humanity down whenever given a chance.The human bias is whats pulling us back. MAchines will not have any bias or ego. At least in the start. Would be refreshing to live in such a world.
The machines in the Matrix absolutely have bias and egos. The 'God' of the machines angrily rejected Neo's proposal that machines were incapable of saving themselves and needed a human to help them, even when it was clearly true.
@@FutureDeep I said in the beginning. And in the matrix the machines became just like their creators because that's the only blueprint they had from human leadership. This was 600 years later after AI was born. In the start machines wanted to coexist.

what fiction? These mobile phones with internet is as good as a matrix for our minds. Do we really get the truth or a simulation of the truth? Do read the book Simulation and Simulacra. It will be clear as day as to whatever is being shown to us on smart phones or internet are a simulation at best with the Suits at the top making decisions. And these suits aka elites are already using AI in their control mechanisms. AGI is also not very far from public preview. They already have it for sure. They just dont announce it to the world.
