    thank you. In 1946 my grandmother had a hernia and subsequent bowel obstruction (from the stories I've heard), they didn't know what to do and didn't treat it as an emergency and so she died within several days leaving 7 kids

      @@MikePhillips2000 that's what's been happening to me for he last six years is daily pain & systemic illness. Doctors & the establishment do not know what to do & they are only treating me for obesity & anxiety but not eating disorders or hernias. I had several scans come back false negative because occult hernias can also be strangulated hernias but they are undetectable. I think that some of the information in this vid and I'm the world assumes that the hernia does not bother people or that they do not know what or why is bothering them and that ordinary people in a perfect world world should not hold opinions that run contrary to the predominant culture or belief & that they shouldn't try to think of alternative ways of seeing a problem or being able to do anything about it because it might be a nuisance or inconvenience to doctors, society, or the state, or to ones employer. I would like to point out about what you say in your own opinion how most doctors are trained to think that hernias are a "nuisance" or "nothing but a nuisance" you can clearly see that this is the use of 'othering' language that helps some people understand their experiences with hernias better but which simultaneously gaslights & minimizes people who have hernias. Any hernia which is causing pain could be or could become incarcerated which is painful & unfair and as you pointed out it is likely that her ias do cause some chronic systemic disease such as gallbladder, liver, pancreas, even heart & brain damage from poor nutrition & restricted blood flow as well as the unnecessary sequestration of digestive acids & waste. It is not just a nuisance, it is a compression of the digestive organs and whether or not it presents a medical problem is highly individual and there are occult hernias so it is not always possible to be 100% objective about something which is not happening to others & not something that they find very interesting, but you may assume it doesn't exist or isn't legitimate just because it isn't happening on a mass scale or to a specific group of individuals such as doctors & non-manual laborers, that and people expect automation to do what they cannot or would not do in business or in life.

    2 years in with a mild inguinal hernia . I still work out , just no super heavy lifting . Wear a truss if I feel I may push it too far . By FAR the biggest factor is weight and food . if I don't stay lean the internal pressure pushes it out . And if I eat anything that causes gas or bloating , same thing . On a bad day is about 3/4 of a golf ball. Good day I barely see or feel it . I take breaks at work to lay flat and let it reset . Ice helps at night . When I cough , sneeze or go to the bathroom I put my hand on it . I think this isn't really needed but it's comforting and that's pretty important overall. I likely would get surgery but I can't afford insurance .

      What if you feel like you have a hernia, herniatic pain, but cannot see or feel any lump or bump? I think I pulled something very hard along the lower side abdomen while doing some seriously wild KB swings - while there is pain, cannot find bumps or lumps - just a strange pain that shoots now and then - the bulge is not there - what do you say, Brad?

      It can be caused by a multitude of things and is why it can happen to anyone even if you are very fit. Muscle can tear or be injured at a specific spot causing damage and it can happen quickly or over time get worse until you suddenly start to notice it. It’s a pretty “physical” injury in a way. Also potentially by straining, coughing, lifting, etc. like others say.

    Doctors need to pay more attention to all the other types of hernia and not just the typical one they keep Miss diagnosing patient and sending them home to suffer. This doctor just said there’s many different kinds of hernias. These doctors have to do their job properly incorrectly and check for all types of hernia and the patient says they have pain like my daughter saying she has it above her for crying out. Loud check.😡🤬 do the proper test.!!

    If there is lump (some sort of swelling) under belly button (right side) appears, hurts and than goes away or moves position to more lower side (and becomes less painful)
    The pain comes and goes, what does this relate to? Is this hernia symptom or something else?
    And this symptom is of young girl age 6 years.
    And also, she does have pain while passing urine.

    Why can’t you operate on someone who is overweight how needs this surgery but can’t lose weight because of polycystic ovary and fatty liver plus high blood pressure and diabetes I also have a lot of water in my hernia

    • @PaperclipProphets
      @PaperclipProphets 3 месяца назад +2

      They could operate, but there will be more complications. It’s hard to deal with all that extra fat when operating and it can be very dangerous. The more abdominal fat, the less likely the surgery will be effective. I’d suggest you follow a low carb diet and intermittent fasting.

    Epigastric why couldn’t you focus on that or in the other ones you like all the other doctors focus on the typical one the usual one?😡🤬 it’s not right I strongly believe my daughter has the one above the one above the naval Epigastric I hope I said it properly and none of the doctors none of you address that one or the other ones my sister died because of that complication they kept saying you don’t have anything. It’s all in your head go home. Go home. Go home. Go home.😡 what happened to burst and there was nothing they can do except get mad at her and the family. Why didn’t you come in sooner and a disgusting voice they said as they yelled.! This could be prevented if you just had this treated from the beginning😡 as we were the problem when it’s all these doctors, they think they know it all they don’t stop to think we know our bodies and they should listen to what we’re saying several years ago. I have problems with gallstones and they sent me home because I didn’t have all the symptoms, I didn’t have a fever symptoms of vomiting, but I was vomiting and I had no severe pain and I had no fever and they kept sending me home so I just prayed and said Lord forgive me go back and I said I’m in pain last night, I had a fever of 103 and I was vomiting all night, which God knows that was a lie🥹😥 then and only then did they do the proper test and said oh my oh my you have gallstones we have to perform surgery right away🤪 you could’ve come in sooner, sweetie really like WTF !! a darn shame that I had a lie so they could listen and do the proper test find myself in the same boat with my daughter. I told her we have to go in and lie and tell him that you were up all night vomiting, and had a nasty fever and see if they’ll do first thing tomorrow morning to pay attention to patient, we know our bodies they don’t😡
