Man... I am 13 months off the weed... I feel better. I am in a better place mentally. But work wise I am in a weird place. Left a high paying job just before covid. Had to look after my son when he was injured in daycare. Wife was still making more than me. I was smoking heaps back then. Tried to start my own business and failed. Lost all my saving and now I am in a job where I am earning less than 10 years ago... with no hopes of getting a proper increase even though they load so much more responsibility on me... can't just hop jobs as my cv will start getting weak.
Work all day and evening time is family time... so there isn't much spare time to do much else... just got to keep grinding and hope for a better opportunity to come along...
But weed did set me back and I would of been further if I wasn't such a fat stoner...

congrats on 13 months off weed. Yes, the american rat race is real. Don't give up on entrepreneurship. It takes about 10 failed businesses to have a successful one, so keep at it. I made a promise to myself to not regret my life chasing the dollar and doing something I don't love. Will do anything to make sure that doesn't happen
