I got a new SA and he is very nice but I think he is new and can’t offer me the items I ask for. I’m debating if I should find someone else but I find it challenging. Thank you again for these tips! Great Hermes collection Irene. The only Hermes I have is the nail polish 😄 I bought online. I went to Hermes boutique but I was put off by the SA, she wasn't helpful at all, I'm hesitant to comeback. Thanks for sharing your input.

It also depends on the location of the store. Per my SA, flagship stores like NY gets the most inventory than the other stores. So my local store is really low in stock even before they had the shipment problems. Anyway, great points Irene. Thanks for sharing.

However, if you buy things because of quota bags then you buy what you love. If you just want to buy a watch from Hermes, then I do feel their watches are overpriced. Thanks for the detailed vlog. It is a bit difficult to achieve 1:1 or 1.5 purchase count in Asia as bags are not counted. So buying jewellery seems like the quickest way to get a quota bag if you do not like the scarf, shoes (my size is small and thin so not easy to get a fit pair), clothes (personally don't like the style) and my husband doesn't like luxury goods himself🤣.

Thank you for a good Hermes video. I am here in the US. I was offered a craie Constance 18 and I heard that it's not considered a quota bag. Do you think this is counted toward my prespend to get a quota bag - a Birkin or Kelly?

Even though i find my Hermes SA to be nice so far, I actually like doing my luxury shopping in Europe since i can save money that way. I have been trying to buy a twilly with my SA just to build a good relationship. So far the one i ordered, i didn't really like it for my handbag. So ordered another one with her since they don't have it in the boutique.

What would you define as a good Hermes SA? I think that would make an interesting video! Also have you switched SAs before? I heard in the same boutique that can be a potential no- no.
I have heard that handbags don’t count in the US but let’s be real who really knows 🤣🤣
I always make small purchases before I find a good SA. If I feel I can get along with her, then I will continue to visit her and get her business card, if not, then I won’t even ask her business card. Everything is possible. For myself, I only purchased few things with my current SA, then she transferred to other states. I contacted her last year but feel not so convenient. My friend gave me her SA, I only contacted him few times, but decided to move on. My friend bought so many stuffs in order to get her bag which I won’t do that. Yes, a lot of people think they don’t count but actually they count. That is why I did this video. I bought GP then got my Birkin. Next year I bought picotin then I got Kelly. But I know in Asian countries don’t count ( still depends on SA) . In some places Canada, they count 40-60% . Honestly, There are no such things that bags count or not, really depends SA. Those SA just want to get more commissions, since they only get 1% commission on handbags. They don’t get commission on quote bags. For Hermes, they just want to have royalty clients who really love Hermes itself not just for quote bags. Then all kind bundled sale come out, and people just follow it. Nowadays, it is getting worse and worse . SA become more and more greedy than before.

I had a wonderful SA that I felt an immense amount of connection with, but I moved out of state. I went to a local Hermes and bought a piece from a new SA but the chemistry feels lacking . I’m contemplating sticking with my old SA even though she is far away. Irene, do you know if that is possible? (Ps - I love your videos and they are so helpful!)
