I recently had a love at first sight in the Hermès home section. It is the giant 44cm platter with the hand painted horses from the Cheval d’Orient collection. It is completely stunning and honestly gave me a new appreciation for the H house. I can’t brag about this art piece enough :). Happy you did this video on home goods! I might not always agree but your selections always shows another aspect why H produces spectacular products
Love the bits of homeware you have. The silverware is so chic. I don’t have any however I’d purchase the plates (that you’ve shared before) and silverware over and over again. The cost per use is hands down a win in my book. I love the idea of use with the saddle box. I’d certainly like to own one, if given the opportunity. Xx
Thank you for this useful video!! I also love Brides de Gala blanket but I saw that the fabric composition is the same of the Avalon one. I am afraid it can have same issues....
Yak and dye (? Sp) is killer... i have a pillow and blanket from that line.... very very soft and very very delicious... also the thin cashmere throws... omg amazing
I have my eye on the Scott’H blanket. I’m going in to see it next week. I also have several porcelain pieces on my wishlist, they just need to come back in stock.
Oh the yack & dye reminds me so much of a yak mandarin style coat (or shall I say Mongolian farmer style?) I got from Shang Xia men’s line 8 or 9 years ago. It has the exact same ombré effect. They must have sourced the fabrics from the same location, aka Inner Mongolia, and also exchanged technologies and techniques. It is an incredibly comfy, cosy, understated yet visually outstanding piece that I still wear quite often during freezing winter days and the feeling is completely different from cashmere, You should definitely go for the plaid! I am not a fan of the boxes though. They remind me those Danish shortbread biscuits which used to be sold in metal boxes … or even the Fortnum & Mason’s cookie packagings if one wants to remain in the luxury universe… 😱 Oh my goodness, my creepy Hannibal lecter facet is increasingly attracted to your set of cutlery. They remind me of torture instruments from centuries ago. Do you think they would be appropriate for Asian cuisine?
How beautiful!! They must have gone to the same place to create your coat 🙌 Haha you always have the funniest and most accurate references..I can definitely see why they'd remind you of biscuit tins, which to me makes them even more charming 🍪 Absolutely!! 🖤
I love the Avalon pillows design, but I don’t think I would get them because they are so common. 😅 However I am open to the many other beautiful designs that Hermes does! 🤩 I would love to hear what ones you would recommend. 🤔
Avalon like the H belt are too common bécasse sold à lot to People wanted ôter knowing that they can afford Hermes stuff...prefer the homewards glassware with only the name under the plate and the clothes and shoes with no H everywhere. Hermes should not be Vuiton
Got 2 blankets last week but I didn’t want any H on them. Just unable to deal with so much logos in my life! 😅 Love the silverware but unable to justify to get another set.
Wow i’m so into saddle boxes. I always thought is u buy H saddle it comes with the box but you can not buy box separately. I’m so curious what is the price range for those
Totally enjoyed this video! This is what i’ve been waiting for! Will add some on my wishlist especially the yack ‘n’ dye collection and of course the Mosaique tart platter plate. Im waiting for my saddle box that i’ve ordered 4 months ago. I hope i’ll come soon before the holiday season. As always, thank you for creating videos, G!
i have a blanket from the clamp dye collection (made also in nepal w/ a similar dye process.) the quality is good. the cashmere is lightweight but warm & cozy. so far with mine, there has been very little pilling, and i use it almost daily. enjoy yours!
@@sarah0098 Which colorway did you order? I’ve been eyeing the red, blue, and yellow one from H dye. i think once you get it, you’ll want more and more of the cashmere blankets..! That’s been my scenario, at least 😆
@@caleb.b.t yes that is right! I have a grey one which I am not sure which collection. My husband is so jealous he has chosen the fuchsia/ orange combo from the H dye range… It is x3 more than mine! 🙄 The fuchsia orange is only available from France I think
I love your Hermes videos.. you made me start my Hermes homeware collection which I’m very pleased with 😍 I would love if you check my collection which I will unbox soon, and give us more and more items and ideas that no one talked about 🙏🏼😍😍
So I received the H dye blanket and the quality is incredible. I have used it daily for a month now and no pilling whatsoever. I would 100% recommend
Congratulations 🎉

You're so right about the cost per use..they must be some of the most used pieces in my entire collection 🖤
Lovely pieces, especially the knife and fork. Thank you for the video!
Thank you for watching 🖤

You're right, it has the same composition but it somehow feels completely different ..🫣 Perhaps it'd wear differently too?

You're convincing me to order them 🙈🖤
@@IamGPS they're really so good.... and very reasonably priced all in all
I use the small saddle boxes for storage, but I actually use the tall/large saddle box as my laundry hamper.
Genius 🙌🖤
Those boxes are super cool.. i love those i need those
You'd love them 🖤

Hope you can get your hands on them soon 🤞

I just got back from Paris and they had the most beautiful pillows and blankets with no H or Hermes on them.

They're very reasonably priced, in my opinion 🖤

So glad you enjoyed it 🖤 I know, these Saddle Boxes are more difficult to find than certain Hermès bags..keeping my fingers crossed for you 🤞
I’ve definitely heard about the balling with the Avalon and that’s a shame
Unfortunately, it doesn't mature gracefully 😣
I have just ordered the H dye blanket. I do hope it is of good quality! It’s Mongolian cashmere. Any ideas??

Congratulations, Sarah 🥳
I want a horse piece 🙌 I could never purchase the plates/cups I am too clumsy and would cry and cry if I broke one
They're more sturdy than you'd think 🙌
😍
I have the H Casaque blanket in bleu/grenade and really love it. It is so much softer than the Avalon.
Beautiful 🖤
