Please don't ever buy the Toyota Starlet in the video Nick no way has that car only done 13000 km that's about 7000 miles, the old type Speedo milometer are so very easy to clock. Paintwork alone makes it look like it's down far more without having a really good look round the car, no doubt pedals steering wheel etc are worn & another good way is looking at the screws round the Speedo steering column etc. Also what does the owner want if it's done the mileage it looks like it's done that's a £300 car here in the UK which they were also sold from Brand new.
Also, mid/late 1990's Toyota paint isn't known for its resistance against fade. Most corollas and other lower entry Toyota cars had either thin or cheap clear on them.

Paintwork can mean it's been sitting outside for a longtime which lead to paint fade. The interior is very mint maybe it is 13000 true km
Even if it had done 300km, it's got one of the most reliable and cheapest to rebuild Toyota engines
