    Today's exercise is going to burn those belly tummy and have it toned!

    ➡️ This workout is going to help target your lower back and core, especially your lower abdominal section.

    Finally, get rid of some of that unwanted fat in those areas from home.

    Idk if anyone else here noticed it but THIS workout helps a lot with bloating! Just wanted to put that out there! This was great!! ❤❤

    As a woman, i appreciate this so much. Most of the workout are for men bcs it makes u position arms down like in pushups, or mountain climbers, or squats & my back neck muscles are looking bulky(trapezius muscles) and im starting to look like Tom Hardy’s character Bane or some WWE wrestler and that’s not the look im expecting to achieve as a petite woman. Also Love more anti-bloating exercises too bcs of mid section stress fat!!! This is so excellent. TYSM !!!!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Day 3 successfully accomplished, 7 more to go! I'm glad it was a seating one today after yesterday. I've been doing these workouts on my wood floor in the dining room.
    This morning I got outside before the heat built up too much and so I've had a walk and a workout today.

    THANK YOU FOR SEATED WORKOUTS! I have injured ankles and it makes it so hard for me to do a standing workout of any type. please more seated workouts for those of us with damaged joints. I had to stop the svelte because it was too hard on my ankles- marching in place even carefully is too much stress on them. and I really need these so thank you. Post menopause, gained visceral fat last year during a very stressful time (mom w cancer) and it will not shake.

    Couldn’t do the torso twist bc it was making me nauseous, so I repeated the first exercise, the “side jump twist,” during set 2 and 3.

    Done! The side jump twist was the hardest for me. I couldn't get my body to twist the opposite side. I am going to keep doing this until I get it right. Thank you! Coach Gaby and coach Mere, for these awesome workouts💪🏽

    This was totally awesome. I just finished D3. I’m glad I am doing an even though I’m late to the game. I love these challenges. I love to see a thigh challenge or maybe an arm challenge. It’s just the right amount to keep me motivated 10 minutes who hasn’t got that❤

    Great day 3! I had to skip a day between 1 and two because I was so sore but it was great. I may do this again once I've completed the whole challenge.
    Would love to see a leg and butt challenge also

    Love this sitting challenge. Has really helped stretch the side muscles which I have been having an issue with.

    Just about to start day 3 😊 having high hopes to day 10 and see results although I already see and feel some results. But I also mix it with one and done program so to make it more advanced 🙌🏼 so far so good

    I was standing at the 1st session and then realised to sit which provides a good base for the twists - loved it what do you think about stomach lifts like in yoga? I'm exploring this to further wake up the fat core!

    I am on day 3 and last night while I was doing day 2- I started wondering- should I lose the flubber on my belly before doing the challenge? I don't see how I will be able to see reults with all the flab.
