personally I don't like it at all. at the start I liked it, 'cause it looks more natural. specially during the transition time between day and night. but, in the night it's way too dark which makes the gameplay boring to me :/

Great job against those carnos? Is their hitbox broken? In the norden server where I practice the hit box is super off but it seems fine here. Let me know and I will try to fight one in islander. Cause my experience with them in norden is run away cause they get you from miles 😅. Great job as always a fun video.

I didn't know Gateway have cute baby boars. I didn't know that either there were any kind of boar in gateway. Good video as always ❤ btw is that animal at the beginning of the videos your favorite animal?
thx mate ♥ yeah, that little boar surprised me, too I am no favorite guy. I have no favorite food, song, movie or whatever. I like many food, songs and so on. but, the tarsier is a very lovely one

I did't even know what a tarsier was before. since then, I watched some documentaries about these cuties and fell in love with them

hey yes, after the start I really thought we are cursed. but, it turned out to be a fun session with many little highlights. I still love the scene where 3 of us jumped into the lake while trying to pounce after all I think you were the best omni player of all of us thx for the session and your support 🤗🤗🤗
i wish you where doing videos of SC IAE keep it up i love all the videos all i play is SC and the Isle
SC every saturday, the other three are the isle. I started with the isle and as you also see on the views, most of my community prefers them a lot. personally I enjoy SC tho and therefore I will keep going for sure
@da.mombie Next time you play Omni, there's a new attack! You have to jump while looking down and use your Normal attack key - and omni does a little dropkick!
srsly? interesting. I read that omni got a new attack when you "miss" the pounce angle. so, if you try to pounce from ahead, then it won't connect/pounce anymore and we do a an attack with small damage instead. but, I'll try both of it. thx for the hint ♥

I play about 15-20 hours a week. during my jobs (even during my 70 hours a week jobs in between) I played about that much, too. what makes you so busy?

dunno, I didn't nest so far in trees. I only set a nest in a tree as hypsi, sadly we were running out of time and didn't build it then tho :/

I thought so, too. but, even it was AFK or the most relaxed deino I've ever met
You took damage because Utahs and Troodons will fight back when pounced :)
Can be lethal to both parties sometimes.
thx ♥ has to be new tho. but, I like it very much. I never liked that you have no chance as omni if another one pounces you
Its been here since forever, even before the newer playables, Utahs would fight back if pounced on by another Utah. Results in alot of those accidental kills where you pounce a teammate off prey and kill them xD @@da.mombie
@@gajspalt for sure not forever, I pounced about 3 other omnis and never got any damage. can't say when it was the last time tho. I thought update 6, could have been 5 too :/

This map is pretty, but you're movement is restricted so much it feels like you have less freedom of movement than Spiro. You pretty much have to stick close to the roads are you gonna fall off a cliff somewhere or slide down a path you think you would be fine on and die or break your leg. It's the new Bone Break Simulator that I've always wanted🙂. With the mountains or buildings in the way of everything, it takes much longer to get to point A from point B and at the same time less stamina. They need more paths up and down mountains. Right now you go on what you think is a good path to take in the grass, but 3-5 minutes later there's a dropoff and you have to backtrack. It's frustrating. Anyway, I loved watching you professionals go to work. 😆
mate, 3 out of 4 pounce into the water within 20 seconds? that's another level of pro yeah, gateway looks nice. as more I play as more it feels like there are many ways to cross the map. at the same time there are many "narrow" ways/points. I mean like, if you want from A to B, then you have the option of many bone breaking ways or two "normal" ways. which is something nice, as it creates crossing points in my opinion. areas where it's likely to meet somone to ambush. so, I don't even think the less stam is that terrible on the long run. BUT, it is the worst possible timing. everyone wants to explore and nobody knows the ways or good spots right now. so, we are stumbling across the map and going senseless ways which make us feel the map is huge and we need more stam. I also still struggle with the map, but, I also discovered some ways where I thought. jeez, this area is right beside that area. I thought you have to go all the way around, but, if you go here it's right there. I'm sure that once we know the map like spiro, we won't have much trouble to get from A to B in no time
@@da.mombie True, I have 1000s of hours on the old map, so it's frustrating me not to know this one yet so I have to just play more. However, I got trapped in 2 holes with no way out in the last 2 days which I'm pretty sure they said they fixed. Dying slowly to hunger inside a hole is not fun gameplay. So I'll give it some more time and see my opinion then.
@@ScottM436 I have mixed feelings about it. I liked that I knew spiro so well. the best areas to find others, to avoid others, the plant and AI spots. I like that experience and knowledge of the map helps you. so, if you lack skills, then you can compensate with knowledge.
on the other hand, I love to explore and discover new places AND to have to find new ways. so, I will enjoy it as much as possible, 'cause after a few weeks or months it's business as usual again.
but yeah, there are many places to get stuck

I've tried the map, i hated it haha looks much more fake than spiro, some more objects are out of scale, the ground in the islands looks so last decade game wtf... flora and stone placement is soo sparse that to me it literally looks worse than spiro, I get it that spiro had major issues but this one looks really off for me, and the damn fog...good god it looks like low render visibility scale in options :(, I am really sad I can't play on spiro anymore sucks...I personally uninstalled the game and will wait until they either improve the map or change it.
Migrations + Sanctuary I didn't like I prefer the game being complete sandbox, but I guess that's just me! keep it up posting.
thx mate ♥ yeah, people feel different. to me gateway is an improvement in every way. specially how it looks like. in my opinion it is the most beautiful map I have ever seen in any dino game by now. as far as I know you can still play on spiro. won't be very long tho, I guess :/ anyway, if you prefer sandbox, then it's probably the best you wait until sandbox server will arrive. without growing, migration and all that stuff. 'cause those things will probably become even more than less. at some point we will have sandbox server like we had in legacy tho. they should suit you much better then
