Just like different people, I like different games to relax to. It just depends on why I am not already relaxed. When my brain won't shut up, I'll distract it with more difficult and complex games, that require me to really engage (but don't usually have me on the verge of death) And after a hard day of work/uni I prefer an easier platformer or mild strategy game. And there's a lot of room in between! (That being said: Playing Stardew Valley on my Switch is very likely be so relaxing that I fall asleep)
That makes total sense! And you raise a great point! There’s so many factors that go into how we relax and switch off, why limit yourself to just one or two games?
@@JordonWithAnO I'ts incredible simple! Just a young medieval peasant rebuilding his life after a tragedy. It's a masterpiece of immersion and time sinking. You will not regret if you try for the first comple hours. PS: Sorry for my english, im still learning Kkkkk
@@JordonWithAnO Yes, I'm a big fan. You can try Persona 4 Gold, it's a great place to start. Personally I like long games, it's like a long journey with cool characters
I get that, I get the appeal for longer journeys and adventures. I was certainly the same when I was younger, I just don't have the time to commit to longer games nowadays, which is a shame
What games do you turn to to help you relax??

Your English is perfect!
Great video! Interesting to see games that aren't considered "relaxing" like Dark Souls can still have a relaxing effect!
Thank you! I’m glad you liked it. And yeah! I agree, I think the diversity of gaming is one of its strongest benefits
Leaving a comment here to please RUclips gods. Persona games are really chill, both social events and dungeon grind
Thank you! I’ve never played the Persona games. Their length puts me off haha! Don’t know if I can commit to games that long! You a fan of them?
