A lot of these guys need to tune their engines better. All that smoke is fuel not being burned- which is power not being put to the tires and into the ground. Putting too much fuel and not enough air and air density into the cylinders. P.S Banks Derringer coupled with the Data Monster is the way to go- best set up ever. So much good information is given to tune your engine.
Evan Cooper Yes. I learned from Gale Banks. These guys have unnecessarily high EGTs because they’re dumping too much fuel in with not enough air. Just because they’re a big shop doesn’t mean they know what they’re doing. I’ve seen videos of some of them dyno testing. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
Most true diesel guys don't wear acid wash, designer jeans. Dickies, Carhartt, and the like are more common-ware. But, then again, this is an ad-centric show, and these hosts either don't know much or are paid to say certain things.

10 to 1 ratio for diesel water methanol blend I try to actually worked pretty well.
