More good stuff, Kerry. A suggestion for you: pick one location in CANADA and one in the USA and walk us thru the basic steps that would identify realistic, practical but creative manufactured home options *for that location* and than how one would determine the site prep as well as regulatory needs for buying and placing each of them. I see many of your viewers trying to get from the Wow Factor to the practical. You could do each location separately if you wished.

This video reminds of sometime in January 2019 , back then, I met a girl crying over a job she'd lost. I took pity upon her for two reasons, first was she was young and the other is that , she was completely ignorant about PASSIVE INCOME. "No need to cry over spilled milk"if you have a passive income stream. Now I let people know of the importance of having a passive income stream, than relying solely on paycheck. I believed why the girl cried that hard, was because she has no way of making money and also she failed to grow part of her salary when she had a job.

    • @zuiderduinmila9780

You are correct, many people rely on there paychecks forgetting something may happen at any time. They world, is a place full of surprises. It throws things at us when we least expect it. About the story you've just shared with us , they moral lesson for whom so ever that reads it , should be " for sustainability and comfort have a passive income stream, never rely on one source of income".

@Becker Emil There are a lot of ways to make money from the comfort of your home, to me having an investment is the best way to save your money and make good returns while doing it. It is also a good way of building a strong portfolio that would sustain you and your husband althrough your retirement. You should also know that, when you grow your money you are securing a good future for your kids and grandkids too.

I really like that last one and would love to see more on extra wide single wide mobile homes in general. Especially if there are any in what I might call the romantic tiny house style, with stained wooden cathedral ceilings. I like the fact that it comes complete with no seaming or finishing needed.

In 1970, when I got married, they were selling full sized manufactured homes, not trailers,
on 1/4 acre sites, in Lake Hopatcong, N.J. for $20,500 total! Two years later, I got a real
estate license to sell manufactured homes in eastern L.I., i.e. "All American Homes",
for a similar $22,000 price tag! My question, how could the cost have 'skyrocketed' so much?

In my area when you list it for sale you have to say manufactured home as opposed to single family and it would also be less valuable. Appreciate the info you are seeking to share. However, I don't think the homes you featured were all manufactured homes. The BreezeHouse seems to be a modular home, and there's a big difference in quality from a manufactured home (SRI homes can be either). Modular homes have to be built to higher specs than manufactured homes, and modules generally are put together on site whereas manufactured homes are built whole and transported to site. The difference is why the BreezeHouse design could be so different from a typical manufactured home. Would be helpful if this type of information and distinction were included in the video.

I'm a bit confused as to whether these homes are manufactured or modular. There's a big difference when it comes to Mother Nature.

A Blu would be on our short list. Curious if they ship to Canada? And love the artwork behind you!

Thank you for illustrating what is possible out there in an industry notorious for poor customer service. They need to become more transparent and seamless with all the restructuring that went on with different companies merging it can be very confusing what is available and where. Because they are all regional so glad to see what I can get on the West Coast thanks again

@KerryTarnow. Greetings, I have land in Jacksonville Florida that used to have a house on it that the city demolished. I am looking for a home that has between 3-4 usable bedrooms for 75k or less. Can you make any recommendations? Prices for factory built homes i have looked at are far more expensive than I would have previously thought and it is definitely important for me to keep the price down.
