Just made this for lunch, quickly knocked up some hummus and it was so good, the miso idea was great, so moorish. I love avocado toast anyway but this was a really great idea. Thanks Kathryn, another great recipe ❤

Oh ya lots of Asian dishes include miso so if you enjoy those flavours I’m sure you’ll love it. “Miso soup” at sushi restaurants was the first way I had it but then once I bought it for a recipe I got hooked and started using it all the time!
