You can Mod your hp server power supply to 14.5 volt to charge batteries. Or you can add variable resistor to increase and decrease voltage between 12v to 16volt for your need.

Thanks a lot for the wonderful feedback.
I greatly appreciate it - very constructive!
      👍👍👍
Honestly, I have heard of this concept from other people, but I have never had the chance to try it.
However, you shouldn't really reply on a constant voltage source alone, for charging batteries like LiFePO4 and Lithium-Ion that undergo two different modes during the charging cycle (constant current and constantvoltage). You need to be able to set the right recommended charging voltage for your battery type.....then set the recommended charing current. If you are only using the constant voltage, you run a high risk of damaging or shortening the life of your batteries.
Please be careful with the CV approach. This is the reason why I am a strong proponent/advocate of using constant current and constant voltage DC-DC converters for battery charging.
I explained the CC and CV charging modes in the video below. This explains why we recommend using the CC/CV boost or buck converters. Check it out at your convenience

I hope this makes sense to you. Let me know if you disagree. BTW, I love the interaction.
Success wishes on your diy projects.

@@theinnovati0nlab782 Thank you so much for your detailed feedback. Yes server power supply are heavy duty and can supply large amount of current which can be damage small batteries but in my case I'm using big battery like 12v 200Ah which don't require to set constant current. By the way these Server power supplies are really great as compared to other Chinese switching power supply. Server supplies are much more energy efficient and Ac to DC conversation losses are very low in server supplies 🤗

Great video 👍👍👍👍I bet one of those 100amp battery monitors would fit your box. But this is good for the price!

Thanks a lot for the wonderful feedback, friend! 👍👍
Agreed. However, the great thing about having a 3D printer is that you can custom make any enclosures - to fit any device you want to package. I plan to make a tutorial video at some point to show my 3D design and printing process and the tools I use. Let me know if this is something you would find useful.
      Thanks again.

      @@theinnovati0nlab782 unfortunately I don't have a 3d printer, but I bet your other followers would love it👍👍👍👍👍
