I only made goals for thing I can control in 2021, like spending 30 minutes outside everyday (even if its just eating dinner on the porch in the rain), reading a book a week etc.
Firstly - good on ya for not promoting travel at the moment ;-) Secondly, I'm totally working on my product photography at the mo too - helping Tom with his business so need to up my game on taking pics of his products. Thirdly, LOVING your second channel - create what makes you happy!

Aly, the decision to not put pressure on yourself is the healthiest choice in these current times. I can't even count how many videos I've made in my hometown because of the lockdown restrictions but here's to a successful new year to you and Scott and I look forward to seeing your new adventures in the van when we can travel again. Stay strong and we will beat this 👍

Thank god for you Aly! I'm so fed up with seeing other bloggers and youtubers actively promoting travel or talking about the travel plans they've actually made. I put a disclaimer on my blog back in March that says I am not making or encouraging any trips and that all blog posts should be used simply as inspiration for future planning when it is safe to do so.
I took some time away from the blog at the end of last year but I'm back on it now, and even though I am still writing travel content I would be gutted (and annoyed) if I thought people were using them to plan a trip in March (or whenever) when I personally think we'll be lucky if we can even start using public transport properly again and return to offices in 2021.

One of the things, I would love to see on your travel channel is updates on travel information. It wouldn’t involve you going anywhere, just giving information on what to expect if you do have to travel. Where are places that are the safest currently. More information on what future travel may be like and so on.

Your next book could be the stories, cuisine, and memories of your travels with intent to talk about what u liked and didn't like. Sort of like a travel handbook but written from your personal experiences with the intent of telling the readers what to expect if your readers visit the same places.
Love watching you travel and your videos are an inspiration but just because you haven't posted much doesn't mean I'm going anywhere.

Im so glad you are being responsible and not travelling internationally. "Influencers" justifying free luxury holidays abroad because its "work" is just soooo annoying.
I really hope that when you are able you and Scott come visit us down here in Devon and Cornwall with your campervan. This year, next year, whenever. It really is so beautiful out here, I just know that you will love it!!

I LOVE your other channel. I found you through the reselling videos, but I will watch anything you put out there! You're fab. Good decision on not over pressuring yourself with lots of goals. Last year told us that sometimes goals have no place in our lives. 😂 Xx

I have three goals for 2021. #1- get vaccinated #2- live through the year #3- focus on avoiding a total breakdown/manage the extra stress in a healthy way.

I still have your T-shirt from couple years ago whenever you had those up for sale. I definitely do not fit in it anymore :-) probably should look into getting a larger size if you’re still doing it.
We are now in lockdown.No idea when we can travel again but post brexit it may be useful for you to do tips for post brexit travel...GHIC,passport rules,travel insurance,where to get a test etc.I am shielding so no idea if passport booths open?How to apply passport online.I know you have international followers but I have no idea what it us like out there.? Travelling for me would be going to a supermarket .Nit been to one for 12 months!!!

There's just as much crime in Manchester and London. That's just city life.
@@repunz3l how do you know?Crime happens when poverty, corruption,no jobs,low self-esteem, alcohol and drug abuse...but Manchester and London are the most economic developed city in UK. How can be much crime? If everyone have jobs and satisfied with their life, why need do the crimes?
@@x-men6177 I live in Manchester and there is a lot of crime here. There are many people living in these cities who are living in poverty. Generally the cities are safe so long as you are reasonably street wise but theft and other crimes are still common.
