Now I want another new camera! Great video 🤙
We can recommend a great place to get one 😉 Thank you! - Jakub
Still on my wish list.
It's about time to do something about it! We recommend using www.mpb.com for making such wishes come true 😉 Thank you for watching! - Jakub
@@mpbcom great plug. 🙂 👊 I've used mpb in the past, I always point people your way, and I will be back. 🙂👊
There's an in-camera correction for the vignetting to either leave as natural or ro illuminate the edges. Can introduce some noise at higher ISOs but not rhat most would notice.
Snap focus is such a handy feature and the maxro focus mode. Makes the 28mm equiv lens even more versatile.
Shame they lost the pop up flash from the GR II but I'm much happier that it's USB C now rather than that weird mini USB that almost nothing else uses. Phone, ipad mini 6, earphones and camera all able to charge from the same cable. Dream travel setup.
Why doesn't autocorrect work on here properly 😂
The USB-C connection and macro focus modes are a big plus for us as well! It really is a great little travel setup! Thanks for watching - Amy
nice review , amazing tiny lil camera, what camera this video shot on ....
Thank you! The video was shot on a Sony FX3. - Jakub
thank you....@@mpbcom
I see there is an optical vf but its horrendously expensive!
There are cheap 3rd party ones on the forest named website. I've got one of the earlier Ricoh ones but don't really use it as it makes it larger than it needs to be and as there's no feedback you end up chomping anyway.
It's actually useless, in my opinion. I have GR2 and additional vf, but I don't use it at all, because it's just not right feeling with this camera. Maybe hard to explain without own experience. On the other hand I have X-Pro 1 and it is totally different way of shooting and that is why I like both cameras and the GR's vf is anywhere but near to "rangefinder style" as for example that X-Pro...
At 2:15 seconds the camera has an view finder but the rest of the time it does not.
The camera shown at 2:15 is not a Ricoh GR III. It is a sample video footage shot on the Ricoh but it shows one of our product specialists checking what looks like to be one of the Panasonic S bodies. Hence the viewfinder. Thank you for watching! - Jakub
