For a quick Chicken Cordon Bleu add a slice of ham and Swiss Cheese to the chicken before adding the sour cream mixture. Also, broil for a minute to get some good color so it doesn't look bland as your husband said. Your hair is SO pretty!
If you cook the tots first they are more crunchy and taste delicious. You start layering everything and put it in the oven. Thanks for sharing, looks appetizing!

I do sheet pan chicken fajitas all the time. I do a taco seasoning and a fajita packet. When I have to cook for a lot of family real fast. It’s a go to and they always love it.
I make Melt In Your Mouth Chicken and I always put it under the broiler for a few minutes to put a bit of "toast" on the top. It tends to intensify the flavor a little to me too! More pleasing to the eye and less drab looking.
My favorite green beans are the cut style, hmmmmm. You should also try the pole style. Everything looked delicious as always! Sweet Gracie...I love how you spoil her. She is such a beautiful little old lady. 💕💕💕

Mandy, I had some colorful peppers already cut up in my fridge that needed to be used, I cut up an onion, added some already cooked chicken and followed the fajita recipe. Hubby can’t have shrimp, but yours looked so delicious! This is a HUGE hit for us! The fajita mixture is delicious. We used low-carb flour tortillas from Aldi (4 net carbs per) and had a delicious low card supper! This will be a staple on our menu! Thank you for sharing. It was super easy and very tasty! (We added sour cream, salsa and shredded cheese because we had all that on hand.)
I make the melt in your mouth chicken using Mayo instead of sour cream. I also mix the cheese into the topping. Then I use italian bread crumbs on top. Deliciousness!!!

Hey Mandy, We started a while back making all of our potatoes with the skins on... Mashed, French Fries, Scalloped, etc. It is actually so yummy! All my kids now request the skins on. There are many vitamins in the skin. Great video! Thanks

It's hard to find here in the South. I looked for over 30 minutes one time. It was on the bottom shelf at Kroger. BUT when you go to Aldi, their brand is eye level and it practically hits you in the face once you walk in.
Love these recipes! Re that shrimp and peppers recipe - I always add salsa to our refried beans. As hubby only likes fried shrimp, I'm going to try this recipe with fajita chicken strips. Thanks again Mandy for posting these!

This mixture is great in the Air Fryer. Start with veggies then add shrimp at the very end. Chicken can go in at the same time as the veggies.
