Graeme is definitely one of a kind! He still uses old fishing rods and reels that probably came out in the 80s and 90s! I remember seeing a lot of what he's using as I was growing up and to have a Shimano Reel back then meant that you had some serious cash in your pocket 😆😆
People can learn a lot from this! Graeme has a uncanny ability to teach a lot about the way he fishes and his theories as to how to catch these carp! So next time you're watching Graeme pulling out some top tier dad jokes.. also listen to his knowledge because you might just learn a thing or two! Great video! Super entertaining and a few fish too!
I don’t fish anymore Graeme, I haven’t for years, but I think your presentations are brilliant. You have the knack of making the seemingly mundane into something entertaining.
Thank you Graeme. Had my first session in nigh on thirty years at Todber recently. Caught PB Mirror, PB Common and first ever Cat. None of them huge but a fantastic day. Going soon with my youngest son - can't wait.
I do it all the time now. Better than trying to load another one with a flickering low battery headlight at 2am in the morning !!...Just clip a new bad on and ..bosh...back out fishing in a minute..
My my son and two brothers fished the four swims to your left on the 4th, we all had well over 200lbs in weight each, Epic fishing , Rained heavy all day long got absolutely drenched ( changed clothes twice) was booked on for 24hr on wadmill and 24 on big hayes, ended up doing just 14 hours on there as was so tired and wet through the constant action👍👍 biggest fish was 22lb averaged 10 to 16lb the rest; was on the pacific tuna aswell, been watching you for about 8 years now, love the content❤❤💯💯
Good catch, well done. But I know what you mean about getting tired ,ifr they switch on it can be manic,I was there for another 12 hour overnighter last week..Quiet for a time then it broke loose between about 9/10.30pm...clips to go on our Facebook later.
Fantastic couple of videos, with some brilliant fishing.Very entertaining to watch very well done sir you are one great character keep doing what you're doing. Thanks for taking the time and trouble to upload these films.👍💪
Such a knowledgeable ,interesting, entertaining lovable bloke to watch . makes me laugh every time ,really appreciated Graham. army ration packs are good just add boiling water, tasty too👌
I like the cooking Graeme, must try prawns and noodles some day. I sometimes take a steak with me, mushrooms, chopped onion and tomatoes and some hash browns. Add a couple of cans of beer, sorted. 👍
Ooft!! Fanny Cradock hasn't got a look in!! 😂😂 the prawns were already cooked so should have went in last just to heat them through and stop them being tough as old boots. Your one of the best fishermen out there mate but you'd burn a salad!!
Great videos Graham, I always use something from your videos and they always work! You are a genius young man!! I'm already looking forward to your next video! Tight lines mate. 🎣🎣👍😊
As long as I can get the green licqor and vinegar with pepper inside..I must have had hundreds of those on my journeys to the East End furniture factories..I used to like them cold as well...Happy days.
Graeme after a 30 year hiatus I've decided to look at fishing again. thankfully i have discovered TA fishing and I love your style. you've really whet my appetite, could you please let me know where your trade mark brown corduroys are available?? 🤩
Thank you Graham for bringing us along quick question if you don't mind, what size Memory card do you use and how many batteries do you use in a long sesion, would help me if you could let me know please, I think this summer when the weather up here in Scotland breaks I am going to try Carp type fishing but at the beach and see how it goes.
I use a Sandisk Extreme 64Gb .It has A2 stamped on it if that helps. My Gopro is an old damaged/cracked throw out from Mike, batteries are GoPro original, and a cheaper oriental make. The latter doesn't last long.In fact recently I noticed they all burn out quicker than they used to. They last longer in warm conditions, but not too clever in cold. I think that's fairly standard for batteries. I take 3 batts with the GoPro, and 2 with the Canon LeGria. I don't think I have ever filled the mini card up.
Regarding spreading your rods around rather than close together. I found With two or three lines in the water close together ,it's more likely fish will see or brush against them, they know its danger. I've seen this so my times fishing a shallow estate lake, were they Cruise and feed in the margins. Their heads are down feeding, they touch the line and their off. I've now found less is more and now only use one rod and my catch rates the same.
I would like to try Chinese spring rolls as a fishing cook up. Not sure how to cook them. At home they go in the oven or air fryer. Wonder if they could be done on a small camping stove?
My mum used to have a biscuit tin type of oven box that went over the top of an old campin gaz burner when we were camping in the late fifties....I wonder if the camping people supply similar products nowadays.
What the hell is that meal?! Prawn and noodle soup with Salad?! 😂 Where was the pack of mixed StirFry vegetables, Kale, Beans Sprouts etc? Personally, I keep cooking simple and traditional on the bank. Beans & Sausages in a can is my choice. 😋
I really enjoyed that video or those if you count part 1. I've just come back from a well known carp lake in Gloucestershire and now have a bee in my bonnet. One of the top bait companies were on the lake before us and you should have seen all the line left on the bank. Sorry to rant but what does it look like to kids who turn up to fish and find this on the bank? Surely our top Anglers should be ensuring this doesn't happen and setting a good name for their company? Rant over!! Keep the banks tidy people!!
Not a rant its just so easy to take line/litter back. I don't get why people leave rubbish in the first place. I try and pick up the odd can or bottle(bottle could start a fire etc) and put it in the rubbish bin as it might be good Karma and I get an extra fish !!
Corned beef hash, fry onion and tinned potato, then cube the corned beef wack it in when everyone can smell the onions are done, pint of doom oh and Worcestershire sauce.totally a winner
Can't beat a nice steak tinned potatoes with salad and a cider to follow it down. Or chicken fillets tinned potatoes with salad again followed by a cider.
Some trout waters where only flyfishing aloud are now opening up to all method fishing. Interesting to see you on them by bank or boat. Must be some never caught big fish who have never tasted ground bait ?
Stir fry has gotta gotta be hot hot hot pan in an out couple of mins not a stir stew and let it go soggy looked good after it was finished tho with the salad 👌🏻 good fishing Mr P.
@@TAFishing I get that but I've been a chef for 35 years so should konw by now but that would definitely stop stuff from sticking. Keep up the good vids. Say hi to Smith for mev
Food smells so much nicer on the bank .Nowt worse hearing the sizzling then that smell wafting over the pond when you're on a day sesh .All of a sudden them packed sarnies are not that appealing lol.
So true..especially bacon or sausages sizzling away by someone further down the lake...A nice hot sausage sandwich or a part dissolved cheese and pickle on white bread...not even a contest ...
i love watching you Graeme brilliant videos i like to cook some nice diced mint fresh lamb with dice chicken in pitta breads or nan breads lovely. if you ever fancy fishing in the west midlands send me a message your welcome to come fish the res that i baillif
Cook up hot dogs 🌭 not trying to teach you how to suck eggs Graham not charging the bait six fish sharp hooks is the key fish find it near impossible to reject new hooks maybe the fish are rejecting the bait and hook as its not pin point sharp anymore love the session 🎣👍
I never see the point in changing a perfectly good(hard)hookbait that has been out there only an hour or so..plus it goes in that dipping juice so gets another coating of juicy smell. Seems to work for me. The old saying is."if it ain't broken..don't mend it "......
@@TAFishing the hard hook bait is fine but the hook point that catches the fish out is now blunt after six fish I think that’s why the fishing slowed down maybe 🤔
Best on RUclips , no selling, no bull, no tackle company names, just pure entertainment . Keep going mr G😊

I love how Graeme folded the empty boilies bag up neatly and then immediately threw it into the back of the bivvy. Forever a bombsite!!! 😅😅😅😅
Great videos Graeme, been watching for at least 9 years now and still enjoy every video to this day 👍
Brilliant mate, always so so good, really like who you are, thank you Graeme.
Thank you Graeme. Had my first session in nigh on thirty years at Todber recently. Caught PB Mirror, PB Common and first ever Cat. None of them huge but a fantastic day. Going soon with my youngest son - can't wait.
Sounds like you did well...not a bad place to start again after 30 years...They certainly have no shortage of fish there...
Great video as usual Graeme. Can't beat a tinned chicken curry and boil in the bag rice or a cheese and ham toasted sandwich. Tight lines mate.👍👍
Cheers, That wok cookup has given me a new sense of experimentation, maybe with double burners.
I wouldn't he was my mate, Mike is so lucky to have such a cool fun dad. Never change Mr G

You can't beat tomatoes fried in the bacon fat. Awesome!

Ribeye steak, sauteed potatoes, courgettes and mushrooms!
Well done, your cooking made me laugh, not such an easy thing for a miserable old sod like me…you are totally bonkers, you do realise? Don’t change!😂
Hi Grahame. Probably a stupid question but why doesn't the PVA bag melt in the dip ?
I don't know but there are several dipping solutions in the tackle shops that don't dissolve the PVA instantly. I have only used the one in the film.
Cos it's oil and not water,😮

Graeme, the prawns were hot through in less than a minute! Was it not rubbery?
Probably...I wondered why they were such good chewing value..at least I got my money's worth in jaw action.
So I am 65 my best ever book was No Need To Lie by Richard Walker who was my hero. Now you are would love to buy you a pint mate. Take care
Not got much teflon left on the pan lmao.
