It will help you a lot if you're student like me or just need to save money

So I just arrive home, cut it, put in different small packets and thrn into freezer.
Asian here, if you're really committed to eating Rice please stop buying those small bags, get the bigger sacks rice (5-10KG would usually last me for a month) they're way cheaper on the long run.
I followed this as closely as possible. Walmart, 2lb bag of rice, chicken, frozen vegetables. Thing is, 2lbs of dry rice made what looks like 1 month’s worth of rice when I did it 😂 Thank you very much for the awesome meal prep advice. This video motivated me greatly.
@@Bickle121 The reheated chicken was actually pretty good with the spices. I kept the veggies, the chicken, and the rice all in separate containers. Normally, I would add a little sprinkling of water to the rice when I heat it up to make it less dry, but in this case, I found I didn’t have to do that. I just measured out my rice, veggies, and chicken on a plate and microwaved for a couple of minutes that being said, after the first week, I used the rice that was left in a stirfry with olive oil and soy sauce, and I liked it much better. Also, I like the fact that I got two weeks of lunches and dinners for $30.

It's expensive because most people just go into a convenience store to buy candy and drinks. If you bought a pack of Gatorade and a pack of candy bars it would be much cheaper per unit.
