We loves Reames noodles, use them alot! I also love my EPC and have learned via a lot of trial and error, that you can cook your noodles under pressure for 7 minutes to perfection with the package appropriate amount of liquid. If you end up with a little too much liquid for whatever reason after noodles are done, a corn starch slurry fixes that. You get to eat just a bit quicker, and the pressure pushes the yummy broth flavor right inside those noodles. 😋 If that helps anyone. 😬
I LOVE that you two are cooking together! It's so precious!!! Greek yogurt or sour cream with a little cream if you desire. Add some minced garlic if you like. Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Organic ingredients are best! Soooo yummmmy!!!
I like your video but love that your including your beautiful daughter, time spent with your kids is not time wasted. Good job my friend. I subscribed and hit the bell. 👍👍
That looks so good I am going to try it thanks so much for you and your little girl for sharing the recipe thank you thank you thank you. I'm wondering if you can do that with chicken or cube steak. Let me know
I’ve made yours so many times now!! The last recipe before yours cost for Browning to be put in there. But I put in the Browning and it had absolutely no flavor. My family and I absolutely love your recipe.
I love Miss Add saying "This makes me happy", she is adorable!! Also...she didn't do it...I was watching! Miss Add, the Crock Posse loves watching y'all eat..LOL I must have missed this one while I was on vacation. Made my mouth water. Love you guys and love the Crock Posse!
I love this video it reminds me of cooking with my 8 almost 9 year old daughter. When your kid touched the meat then walked to wash her hands that’s exactly how my kid would have done it lol or when she’s flossing yeah same stuff my kid does when helping me cook. Got a good laugh
You two make a great team and I loved the outtakes at the end 😄 My grandma used to make the BEST beef and noodles and this looks like it will be so close to hers...I’ll know once I try it! Can’t wait to try this, do you think if I use a package of non-frozen noodles it would work as well by just cutting down the boiling time?
Why not put the lid back on another 5 minutes after adding the noodles then do a quick pressure relief… same results and a little faster. Just saying from a long time insta pot user
For some reason, the roast could only be shredded off the bottom when I made this in my Instapot. The remainder of the roast was not as tender and would not shred. I followed your instructions to the tee. What could possibly have gone wrong?
Mikey, Mikey, Mikey... Though the Eagles are awesome, you really should have either struck a Saturday Night Fever pose, or at least crooned out some “Stayin” Alive.” Ah well - Disco really is dead. 😂
I eat fat, I love fat. But for such a dish, that flavor is already in the broth by now. Like seriously, skim it one time before the noodles and see what it do, for how it feels in your mouth. Flavor is more rich in beef as well. Try it. Like say how aromatics in such a pot, be devoid of flavor or very limited, thats same as leaving the fat in. Unless you enjoy the feel of oily dish, I'd totally skim the fat before you did the saute part. Rest 5mins, then just scoop it out, the top layer. I'm not saving remove the meat fat, leave that in. I'm saying skim the oil made by the fat on top the broth. It doesnt add flavor, it adds oily feel.

Yes looks fantastic and no doubt tastes as well. But I think that I would brown the meat first.

Yum!!!! I would use impastable low carb noodles and then add a little heavy whipping cream in the end for a keto version. Thanks SO much!!!!!
Add some carrots, cauliflower and broccoli with the noodles and you have an even more tastier dish 👍❤️

How would I convert the recipe from Insta pot to a slow cooker for the beef and noodles?
I keep forgetting to get the freezer noodles...looks so good for fall.

That looks good!
My stores do not carry frozen egg noodles. What would be the adjustment if we used packed/dry egg noodles instead, please?
Yes, I'd like to know also. Other options to frozen noodles?

Can you use regular dried noodles?

With the yogurt, you just made Stroganoff.
Have you ever tried it with homemade noodles?

needs veggies
Do not recommend the yogurt. Ruined it for me and I only used half a cup. The yogurt flavor is very powerful. Recipe is very good without the yogurt
