- This video is about our travel experience from India to Italy during floods in Dubai, as we had connecting flights from Dubai. I have shared my experiences and thoughts about our flight journey, we were delayed by several hours and then Emirates surprised us by losing our luggage.
This incident happened in April 2024.

I hope you did fill a form and receive a PIR. You need to retain this PIR for further communication and tracking.

It is a reference number that you will get once you fill lost and found form in the airport
@@WildIndianRover ok and what about complaint and compensation as i was with my kids for days at airport on the floor very bad time no hotel no milk toilets blocked etc
You need to directly put a complaint to Emirates via their customer care or website. Usually, they do not respond. So, it is luck.
bhai logic toh lagao bas kch bhi bol do woh aapki khud ki safety k liye delay ki fame k liye bas hagdo emirates k naam se fame mil jayga
If it was a safety issue they could have cancelled the flight, right? Also, how does not sending our luggage on our flight relate to safety?
@@WildIndianRover Sir may be you're not aware about airport they've underground tunnels to transfer our luggage and because of heavy tunnels were full of water thousands of baggage were misplaced i know as a traveller how it feels but they tried their best
And they said sorry for each and everyone and this thing happens because of heavy rain
Most of the airports in a normal day do this things with passengers and they don't co-operate also
Emirates recovers every possible thing with in a week it's not easy DXB is very Big Airport As a traveller you know this
