Veggie Pizza 🌈

Veggie Pizza Appetizer! Cool and colorful with an easy crescent roll crust, it’s a Midwest staple. SAVE for your 4th of July and any upcoming summer get togethers!☀️🌈
In addition to being simple and delicious, vegetable pizza is a fantastic party appetizer because you make it entirely in advance. The creamy sauce with the flaky crust and crunchy veggies is texture contrast perfection. Feel free to swap out the veggies for any of your own favorites!
YOU’LL NEED
-2, 8-ou cans crescent roll dough
-8 ou reduced fat cream cheese, softened
-1 c plain Greek yogurt
-1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp onion powder
-1 tsp dried dill weed
-1/2 tsp kosher salt
-1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
-1 c finely chopped broccoli florets
-3/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-1 c shredded carrots
-1 red bell pepper, diced
-1/4 c thinly sliced green onions
Pinch the crescent rolls together, then bake and cool the crust. Mix up the cream cheese and spread over the top. Finish with cheese and veggies. Let chill 1 hour. DEVOUR
