The french crowd moshing makes me cry. It's so moving to see them having a good time after what they went through. They are true fighters and true survivors.
For one of the most horrible things to happen to such an amazing band and their amazing fans is truly heartbreaking, but watching this shows just how much stronger we can be than those cowards that did that disgusting act that night. Rock n roll is a fanatical doctrine I'd die for anyday. Long live rock n roll! Long live EODM! Long live freedom!
I was on a field assignment to England with my family, and we went on vacation to Paris 3 weeks prior to the attack. Had I know EODM was booked, I would have absolutely changed our plans so I could have been there. Butterfly wings. This performance was simply epic, and restorative. It was a healing. I just about cry every time I watch it.
10:30 the exciting part, and the best reason to have two drummers on stage live in any band. This sound would've been very hard to do on anything but a live studio album without two drummers on stage. So sick. I love how the crowd explodes too. I wish I was there
To the not negative guy who said they suck.to me rock n roll is not about tech skills but the raw energy and emotion you can draw out of the crowd.attitude and balls!!!! Plus he didn't even start playing guitar until he went thru bad divorce at 30 yrs of age .they are a great live rock band in my opinion...
jesse started at 30?oh my god i didnt know these guys are amazing i agree on you 100percent its all about energy at the shows and how much you let yourself convey the raw emotion of your music
I just found this band and I think they kick butt. They were kicked off the G N R tour I think because G N R was afraid they were going to up show them. That is my opinion.
this is amazing! energy, emotions, everything. going back to paris giving everything they got. the hug at the end is so powerful. sucks there aren't any chicks though.
WHO is the second drummer playing with Josh for this show? I love this version. Too bad they didn’t full on play the drums long enough. It’s my favorite part. 🥁🥁
BeatleMark LOVE them. I’m a little embarrassed to tell you that I finally heard “She’s So Heavy” last year & it was because of Sirius XM. Their Beatles Channel. Thanks for your awesome videos & this superb show.
Nine months later almost to the day, the Bataclan (the club in Paris where the attacks happened) reopened for business. I hope TEODM play there again someday.
@@voteZDLR Well, having an agenda and asking a straw man question on a subject that was neither mentioned nor relevant might make you a prick. But in this case it was him trying to spread the conspiracy theory that the shooting at the Bataclan was an inside job. They were barred from the Bataclan reopening and had a number of music festival invitations withdrawn.
@@kellyprice8246 He apologized for that. "Straw man argument" not really an example of a straw man when your original complaint was simply that he was "a douche". "A prick". Etc. I know he's a gun rights guy, that was the best guess I could deduce, but as far as his suggestion that that was an inside job (which was a dumb thing to say, admittedly) he apologized for it pretty quickly. Of all the things you'd be pissy at him about that's not the one I assumed it would be -- but again, not a straw man, you weren't very clear in your original point to begin with other than calling him a name and then basically backing it up to begin with other than an implied "Cause I said so". But nah, he apologized for that, whether you forgive him or not I guess is up to you but I guarantee he almost certainly doesn't give a fuck.
@@voteZDLR So now you have gone from the strawman, or as you seem to prefer, the "pulling it out of my arse" argument, to straight up masturbatory "my man don't give a fuck" hero worship. Nice.
Paul G That's funny, the only people I know who like this band are my girlfriends and I... And if I've said it once, I've said it a million times - if I could straddle Les' bass while he played it, my life would be complete
Not chic music..?? I fuckin' LOVE this shit. EODM, TCV and QOTSA are epic but I've got a massive wet spot for Josh Homme😳. I love crankin my guitar and playing along. Not chic music my titties
Talk about an excursion - damn feel as though the band took the jeep off the main road and went driving through the desert and back on the main road a second time, some 11 miles down the highway. LOL Guess Tuesday got Jesse Hughes mind wandering. :)

Josh and jesse’s friendships is truly one of a kind. They’re like chicken pot pie that way. I miss my friend I connected to in that sense.

Only Jesse would wear a shirt with a picture of himself on it while playing his own concert...
this has to be the most underrated band of all time
Yep!
@@The1stMrJohn c’est juste un tas de merde
Riccardo Condorelli One of them though I must say the Screamers is the #1 underrated of all time.
Damn sure is. Baby Duck and Boots are the sh!t.
criminally underrated, definetely
I commend this band for returning to Paris to finish their concert for the fans after the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks.
I couldn't remember if this was before or after that. Thanks.
hell yeah!!!
@Glenn Kirste what was a hoax, the attack? Can you back that up with truth/facts?
@Glenn Kirste here is a video link that shows that the terrorist attacks was not a hoax. ruclips.net/video/-f0bM1ao1jU/видео.html
@Glenn Kirste it is usually the ones with little substance that comment like this. Bye Bye

RIP all fans in Paris. Peace.
tears when Jesse and Josh hug ❤ beautiful stuff
Now that’s a band that knows how to enjoy themselves
Who whould have thought frank gallagher and billy gibons could make such a great guitar duo
They look like an anime band (that’s a compliment). Each of them has their own distinctive character. Loved this performance!
Lol
Those two playing the drums together are on fucken point
This brought laughs and tears. Those guys are tight. It's the real deal.

Jesse started playing base after high school, I was impressed at his first gig. Him on the base and a drummer doing all sabbath covers.
I did not know that. Wow just amazing. That's a quick rise to stardom. Born to rock
Another bad ass Homme band

I so wish they would come somewhere close to North Carolina so I could see them before it’s to late!
Can’t believe I’m seeing them live next week
Amazing energy in the performance and an amazing crowd.
Holy shit, this show looks like a lot of fun 😀
The drop at 10:31 is something special
These comments do not feature enough Dave Catching.
This will, forever, make me infinitely happy...
5:00 start playing riffs with sticks
SHIT GOD DAMN! That was beautiful!

I truly believe that. GNR sucks nowadays
Well, at least since 2001
Best fking crazy shit ever, and all after such a traumatic event. So much energy. So good! I mean, these guys f rule! Love this band.
Awesome stuff, but can't help but notice all those people filming the show instead of watching
10:15 - I want someone to look at me like Josh looks at Jesse.
