Its taken on the second floor of the Queue for space Mountain bu5t out in the middel close enough the light pols wouldnt be in the way so actually its in front of the queue like where the circle emblem on the ground is.
The whole PArk is open but as for Disney Worlds Halloween Party the Tomorrowland section is closed they only have mainstreet, fantasyland, frontierland, and Adventurelnd open.

The ambience here really sounds like a mix between the humming of the mountain and the screeches of the Ghost as it awaits its prey. Very creative
