Awesome to still see you at it! I've been lifting for decades, but anytime I ever worked in something new I'd check out your videos for tips on doing the lift with perfect form! I'm about to hit 49, I know when you're my age you'll still have an active gym membership!!!! Thanks for the no nonsense useful information. I do lateral raises 2x a week for 2 sets on my push days. Is 4 weekly sets plenty or should I bump it up to 3 sets each workout for a total of 6 sets a week ? This is also with shoulder presses 2x a week.
dont u think that working out in public gym increase gains more? I have a home gym too now and its better than normal gyms. But i swear that working out with other big guys increase my testosterone or something. sounds bro science but I think its true.
Font raises ?? Nah now way . Not for me anyway. I have not done them in 15 years. Front dels get hit plenty with chest and shoulder press in my routine. They even get hit with my triceps when i do dips. Def don't need a isolation exercise on top of all that!!
When I can afford it (I live on disability benefits, so money is tight), I'm considering joining a Japanese martial arts dojo nearby that also teaches how to use ninja weapons, which my man cave has a bunch. Speaking of Japanese, I'm going out for some fresh quality sushi right now.
