People don’t like the Ren comparison, in terms of order. It should be that Ren reminds people of NF, since Nate started his career first. And with Eminem.. I grew up listening to him a lot and now as I listen to Nate a lot, I can easily distinguish their voices and never thought they were that similar. They do have the same Michigan accent and enunciate in a similar way, and he also mentions in past music that he was heavily influenced by Eminem. I think it’s fine to compare them… a lot of artists will sound like other artists, but Nate has his own sound that surpasses anything I’ve heard. Thanks for doing these and I look forward to seeing you all take the journey!

Should be noted that NF also is an awesome singer, with a great voice, and he combines rap and singing in quite a few songs which also makes him stand out from many rappers.
Loved your reaction, here for the NF journey. Strap in boys, you haven't even scratched the surface. I'm a 45 year old average white dude that grew up listening to Eminem since he first came out, and I've also heard the vast majority of NF's catalogue. I can honestly say that while no one can compare to Em's ability to create bars with 3 or 4 meanings, NF is right up there with him. But more over, the depth to NF's music is leagues above anyone, including Em. Being extremely familiar with both of their collections, I can say without hesitation that NF is my favorite rapper of all time.
One of my favorite thing about this song, as someone as with OCD the intensity and overwhelming vibes of the song totally mirrors what it feels like to have ruminating thoughts. Ones you can’t get rid of that are there all moments of everyday. Love when people can use music to help express complex things like mental illness! Can’t wait to join y’all for the journey!

🎶 This is for anyone new who may want to take the NF journey as we call it because he intertwines his music like marvel movies. All of his albums are like a connected series.
He also hides eggs in his videos which he co-directs and co-produces.
For example in his “When I Grow Up” song there were four hidden eggs in that song: 1. A black balloon by the trash cans (black balloon represents his burdens per search single) 2 In the burger joint he grabbed at receipt that had the date and time of when his song time was being released. 3. He had outcast written on his name tag in the janitor scene which references his Outcast song. 4. He had his moments album CD in car scene
Another example is in the search song he had cage in background he rapped in from his outcast song. Search single also connects to Hope. In Hope he has the “map to hope”.
The black smile you will see painted on his mouth is explained in his therapy session song.

The only problem with this reaction is we need more NF reactions. Nice job fellas. The NF Journey ties all his music together. He first called Fame in the song No Name which might be a good next song. I would just put Nate in the rotation and take your time with the NF Journey. Just come up with a consistent time or day you do NF and we will flock to your channel. Let's go! Intro, Mansion, All I Have are the first three songs.
He does have chorus driven songs too and they are all great too.

In his song No Name fame called him but he hung up on him. In this song he calls fame back but fame says this song sucks because he’s saying Leave Me Alone= he doesn’t want fame.

💥💥💯💯Reaction, NFrealmusic💯, so many great NF Journey list out there, but like one of you mentioned, NF does not miss, and i believe every track on every album is part of his Journey, and everyone who follows a random NF Journey and really appreciates NF, ends up going back and checking out every track, and never disappointed... They enjoy getting to know and experience NF's growth, as you'll notice every album gets better and better, they only place you'll find a little experimenting with beats is the first album, but lyrics are still there!! Here for it!!! One album at a time, Mansion, Therapy Session, single track warm up, Perception, single track No Name, The Search, single track Paid my dues, Clouds the mixtape, and his latest album release HOPE.

I highly recommend going back to Mansion and traveling along with Nate. It definitely is a creatively plotted journey. And it will show you his growth, his struggles. Plus he is always connecting dots with the symbolism in his videos which are cinematic excellence. If you do start back there and take the journey 'HOPE' will be so much more impactful. And his callbacks will make sense too!

Start with Mansion. It gives a lot of insight to his story. It was the first song I heard and had such a huge impact that I went on the journey through reactors. He is now one of my favorite artists.
You guys are doing a great job One thing you need to understand those every single thing in an NF video has meaning behind it from the balloons to the color of their clothes. The journey will help explain everything all the way up to the hope album and then you'll suddenly understand everything

In this particular song he's actually singing to himself when he calls Fame from the song "No Name" and he gets the respond he having a schizophrenic moment HE ANSWERS TO HIMSELF ...THE RACING THOUGHT of doubt torments him that is OCD OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER IT COULD BE HABITS IT COULD BE RACING THOUGHTS
Definitely I’d start the journey with ‘Intro’ then ‘Mansion’ then ‘All I Have’ but really. There’s not too many terrible ways to start it. Great reaction, keep it up! I’m here for the whole journey!

Yes I highly recommend starting from the beginning I found him when he only had the Mansion album out and his newest album won’t make as much sense or be as epic as it is for his fans unless you start from the beginning!! I would love to see y’all start an NF series from the beginning! I’ve recently become a huge fan of yalls channel because of yalls Taylor swift reactions, and I love yalls commentary and would love to see an Nf journey reaction!🫶🏼

Nf has said Eminem was a major influence. Listen to an early song of his, “statement.” He mentions em and even drake. Going forward, people think em took a shot at him during his kamikaze era in “the ringer” when he says “an NFfing recovery clone of me”. And NF has since said in “Motto”, “would’ve gave anything to be respected by the artists I was listening to, not no more them days are history”. That’s just the speculation of their history, but it does kinda pan out and make sense. But yes, NF DOES resemble NF. They’re both from Michigan and have lived similar upbringings. Makes sense.
Everything NF is doing is different and shows that. By the end he does follow a path to where folks are going and he does decide to give GOD a few burdens as most do that have any amount of faith. Beautiful story to show how mental health is still a part of a journey to GOD. He even will still give you opportunities to be FREE...of the burdens(mental issues)

It’s really difficult to just jump in and UNDERSTAND everything in the music. A lot of his songs make references past songs. So just enjoy what you’re hearing and try not to analyze. Cheat code. He personifies his emotions. When he talks about they it’s his emotions he is talking about.
